The connections just keep coming….when will the FBI begin an investigation?
Recently. I posted a research summary on FB. I wanted to post that story here as it is relevant to so many other things I have uncovered about the Clinton Foundation. All the players in this story…..seem to have connections to the Foundation and their surrogates.
Katie Walsh-Deputy Chief of Staff to Donald Trump
Well, well, well….I guess all my investigative work is beginning to pay dividends. Today a FB friend (Bonnie Barta Dolezal) posted a story I had seen yesterday. Several news sources have reported that a leak has been found or at least suspected within the Trump administration. The suspect happens to be the deputy chief of staff, Katie Walsh. (story attached) but that’s not the whole story. For months I have been researching and posting here and on my blog about connections …between the CIA and the Clinton Foundation. I started when I found a very strange connection between the RNC, TENEO Consulting, and Constellis. In case you haven’t read my blog and only read FB…..Julianna Glover was a big shot at the RNC and a lobbiest. She quit the RNC, just before the election and became a senior VP at Teneo Consulting. Teneo is very very close to the CF. The Co-founder of Teneo is Doug Band, the CEO of the CF. When Glover quit the RNC, she closed her lobbying firm but maintained a position as an advisor to the Ashcroft Group, run by John Ashcroft, a former Attorney General and still the CEO of Constellis, formerly Blackwater….a black ops, mercenary supply company. Constellis gets billions from the defense department to provide “contractors” all throughout the middle east, including some that were killed in Bengahzi.
OK, that’s the background and you can read more details at my blog. I have included a link at the bottom. But what does this all have to do with Katie Walsh? After a lot of searching I found a bio on Ms. Walsh. One of her first jobs after she graduated from Georgetown Univ. in 2007, was to work for the Ashcroft Group. She then became a prolific fundraiser for the RNC. So, a suspected leaker of classified information, used to work for John Ashcroft, the supplier of “contractors” to the CIA. Just amazing. One more thing….did you know that Georgetown University has the oldest military type schools within it called The Edmund A Walsh School of Foreign Service. How’s that for a coincidence?….(a real one I hope) To be fair I could not determine if Ms. Walsh attended this school.
I’m sure all this is merely coincidental……but if it is, I now have the Guiness record for discovering coincidences. Wonder if Trump knows about this?
In my last post I mentioned a Russian start up program called SKOLKOVO innovation center. Well apparently this is a big deal, to date hosting over 900 companies, mostly start-up and mostly hi-tech new technology firms. I found some of the American Companies that are aiding in advancing this technology. They include Microsoft, Google, Intel, Cisco, GE, IBM, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Boeing, Dow, HCL America, Price Waterhouse, and others. From Europe, tech giants, Siemens and Nokia From India, Tata. And from Russia, Rusnano and Lukoil. So far, American companies alone have invested 2 billion dollars in this tech venture in Russia. Oddly enough, the same Russian investment fund that was used to start SKOLKOVO was used to purchase Uranium One…..you may remember this is the deal brokered by Hillary Clinton and Frank Giustra to sell 20% of American uranium reserves to the Russians. Not only did Frank Giustra donate over 30 million dollars to the Clinton Foundation, I recently found out the same Russian company that now controls those American mines of Uranium, also penned a deal with Iran to sell them Uranium.
Now you have to admit this is special! Selling our technology, our uranium reserves, and giving them to Russia and Iran….two of our biggest enemies. I can see right inside the liberal skull….. “if we help them they won’t attack us…..we just need to treat them better”. Well, how’d that work out with N. Korea when Bill Clinton gave them nuclear technology? Or how about giving China missile technology and all our factories? Is that working for America?
Its working for somebody. Every single one of those companies listed above, just coincidently donated big money to the Clinton Foundation or paid Bill Clinton big money for a speech. Since the Foundation only lists donations in 5 million dollar increments its hard to say the exact number….but its at least 10 million and as high as 25 million. I might also add that the CF has over 300,000 donors, and many have not even been disclosed. Many, many are individuals. I could spend days just studying donors, its irrelevant. Some of those individuals are certainly corporate officers or foundation managers that bring a lot less attention, when they donate as an individual.
Have we learned nothing from history? Are we so stupid that we keep funding our foreign competitors and provide them the technology to defeat us economically? Are we really that stupid, or is it just greed? Someday we will regret all this “cooperation”. But I guess there are plenty of folks that just don’t give a shit about America…making money is all that matters.
I almost can’t wait to tell this tale. It is way, way convoluted….so you’ll have to pay close attention. I continue my research on the Clinton Foundation. Why, you say? The election is over and Hillary is no more. Not necessarily……the money! Its always the money!
I came across a story on Breitbart that peeked my interest. Somehow I missed it when it first came out in October of 2016. The story revealed that John Podesta transferred 75,000 shares of common stock to a shell company in California, registered in Delaware, named Leonidio. Trouble is, it is a complete ghost of a holding company. Nobody can find who owns it. But let’s set that aside for now. What’s more important is the stock. The stock was in a company called Joule, unlimited. Joule is a tech company based in Bedford, MA. Its tech is bio-fuel and green energy. Podesta, in addition to receiving the 75,000 shares of stock, also sat on the board of one of the three branches of Joule. He did not disclose any of this, required by law, on his financial disclosures when he joined the Obama administration or the Clinton campaign. Most of this information, so far, is in the Breitbart articles. But it gets much, much better.
Reuben Vardanyan
Also on the board of Joule is a man named Reuben Vardanyan. He is a long time friend and advisor to Putin. You might call him a Russian Oligarch. He is native Armenian but has many financial interests in Russia, including banks, tech companies and oil interests. He is very, very wealthy. He founded an entity called SKOLKOVO, a Russian management school, dedicated to the tech industries. During the time that both Podesta and Vardanyan were on the board together of Joule, they received a 35 million dollar investment from a Russian government fund. At the same time another shell company was being set up in Bermuda…..Klein Ltd. The whole scheme seems to have been hatched sometime in early 2011, shortly before Podesta was placed on the board of Joule. Klein, Ltd. has absolutely no information known, since it was set up in Bermuda and its against Bermuda law to provide any information, but the agents of Klein are known. They have strong connections to the Russian oil industry and Vardanyan and share the law firm that set up the shell company, Klein, and a foundation called Sea Change. Sea Change is involved in this scheme as well. They appear to be funded by only two sources: Klein Ltd. and Nat Simons and his wife, Marilyn. Mr. Simons is a big left wing donor to Hillary Clinton and a rabid environmentalist. Sea Change is no small outfit. They take in about 30 million a year from just two sources. It is exclusively spent on climate change issues and alternate energy, with the one exception of millions a year given to the Center for American Progress….you remember them….that’s John Podesta’s organization. Somehow though, I think Nat Simons is a useful idiot. Maybe not, but the whole goal here seems to be to block, delay, and stop our development and use of fossil fuels. Now why would Russia invest in that? This seems to sharpen the image a little more, as to why climate change is so important to so many elites. By the way, all the people mentioned here are making millions and millions off all this advocacy.
But wait….there’s more. Above, while introducing the Russian connection, Vardanyan, I mentioned a school he created called SKOLKOVO. During Hillary’s “reset” with Russia, as secretary of state, at the request of SKOLKOVO, brought together 17 high tech American Companies to furnish technology to SKOLKOVO. All 17 companies were Clinton Foundation Donors or paid Bill big money for a speech. Hillary was warned by the FBI, that much of the technology could have duel use in military applications. Nothing was stopped. The technology was purchased, just as 20% of our uranium reserves were purchased.
For details and further reading I will furnish links at the bottom. But let’s sum up: Podesta, illegally, does not disclose his directorship of a Russian funded alternate fuel company……gets huge fee. Shares board with Reuben Vardanyan, close friend and confident of Vladimir Putin. Russians fund Klein, Ltd which funds Sea Change to weaken American resolve for using fossil fuel, donates to Center for American Progress…..John Podesta. Hillary arranges technology transfers to the Russians by 17 U.S. companies, all contributing to the Clintons.
Now! Tell me….who actually has ties to the Russians?

General Flynn, resigned National Security Advisor
In the last few weeks, I have been following the universal angst on the left concerning “Russian Hacking”. Maybe I’m just dubious about the media, or I am mistrusting of any government reports, but I am too close to what I’ve been researching to not see a connection. As I have traversed the Clinton Foundation, Teneo, and the CIA, it is unreasonable to not see a connection. So what does it have to do with Russian hacking?
First, we should recognize the political tactic called deflection. I noticed early on that the talking points from the left was to only talk about the methods of exposing the information and not the content of the information. There is no doubt just how damaging the exposed e-mails were to the democrats in general and Hillary in particular. There was no denial, and no explanation for the content….only deflection to the source of the exposure.
Second, what if the actual source of the exposure was someone inside the CIA? There is always that guy that just can’t be a crook. Some American patriot that loves his country more than his employment…the “rogue agent”. The quest for power has no boundaries, and most people that aid the power seekers always start out with good intentions. If the CIA is in bed with the Clinton Foundation and is using this vehicle to shape global events, it isn’t hard to see that they have gone too far.
Third, Over the past couple of weeks and beyond, I have witnessed the willful blindness of the left and focused and direct anger from the right. Both of these things converging to build the wall even higher between the two ideologies. The story of the hacking seems to have been market tested. It surely gives the rubes on the left an out….they don’t have to consider the actual content….they can just be appalled at the dastardly deeds of the Russians. At the same time, the story confirms a built-in patriotism of the right, that sees Russia as our enemy. It was the logical move to deflect the attention of as many people as possible away from the content. Its working! The content has not been in a story since the election, while the Russian Hacking story is still being debated 7 weeks later.
Fourth, have you ever wondered why Graham and McCain are once again leading the charge to focus the story on the hacking? Why those two? These two always lead the charge for more spending on the military. They are both hacks for the defense industry. I suppose we’re supposed to believe that these guys are just mere patriots that care deeply about our defense….but come on! Do we really believe that? Isn’t it much more likely that these two are the paid employees of our clandestine services?
And now we come to the General Flynn debacle. Flynn communicated with the Russian ambassador….before he was confirmed. Today, the WH said they determined that it was his job to be ready to do his job. I guess we can buy that explanation, and it really doesn’t seem like such an egregious thing to believe. But to me, that’s not the story. The leak of the information is the story….as it was to the democrats concerning the Podesta and DNC e-mails. Hypocrisy on my part? It would seem that the content is the key. What Flynn did, discussing sanctions was part of his job. But the story is the leak and then an actual transcript of the call being released. This has CIA and NSA fingerprints all over it. It only furthers what I believe to be a continuing effort to discredit the president while tying to rest power back to the status quo. As you will see over the coming weeks, leaks will continue. Trump has to get to the bottom of it, soon. The problem is, these two agencies are intertwined with our national security and the Clinton Foundation. Can they be separated? From Trump’s tweets….I believe he is aware of what is going on and has put them on notice. But it won’t be enough….there are people in this effort that believe they are above the law. The mere act of listening to Flynn’s conversation without a warrant is an illegal act, leaking it to the press is also an illegal act. We are in for a bumpy ride. The left is not only working to thwart Trump’s efforts publically with protests and violence, the establishment is still the enemy and working from the inside to harm the Trump presidency. As we go forward…..watch the stories, put them into this context….who is trying to dismantle the Trump presidency?
Before I get too far along, I want to link back to the first three essays in this series. They will provide the background you will need to understand this particular essay.
For the last month, or so, I have been covering the various pay for play episodes the Clinton Foundation has been involved in. Millions of dollars flowing into the Foundation from foreign governments, multi-national corporations, and wealthy individuals. At first glance, the only conclusion that could be drawn is that the Foundation was created to make the Clintons filthy rich. But my recent research has revealed that there might be some other conclusions that can be drawn. Shortly after starting this research, I stumbled onto a connection between the foundation and the CIA. I sort of chuckled when I wrote about it, and frankly, I could not find myself believing it. My words sounded like the conspiracy theories I so detest. So for the past week I have been embroiled and forced to read dozens of conspiracy blogs, trying to glean provable information. But how is it possible to prove anything involving the CIA? That said, there are many facts, that when connected…lead to conclusions. After reading this tale, you will be able to conclude for yourself, what is true. There will be three possible choices for you to make: Is the Clinton Foundation simply a criminal enterprise, designed to make the Clintons and their friends filthy rich? Is it a functional front for the CIA to be involved in a multitude of ventures, in a wide arena of countries? Or is it actually a shadow government where rich and powerful people have created a parallel foreign policy to further their global agenda? Yes, these are all very different things and each has its own nature, consequences, and solutions. So read on, and let me know what you conclude in the comments, below.
THE TALE OF THE CENTURY
Marc Rich
The story starts with a man named Marc Rich. For those of you old enough, you may remember his name but can’t place it. He received a pardon from Bill Clinton on his very last day in office. I must say, I remember it, but didn’t even give it any thought, I had never heard of Marc Rich before that. Apparently, the pardon was very controversial. It is thought that between 30 and 100 million dollars was paid by Rich for the pardon that found its way to the Dutch Island of St. Maartens. It would be unfair to say Marc Rich was a “friend” of Bill Clinton. I have to assume they knew each other and had dealings before the pardon. It is not clear, however, if Rich and Clinton worked together on anything. However, it is more clear that Marc Rich was friends with GHW Bush, and had many dealings with the ex-CIA chief, President Bush. Rich was a “commodities” broker. He dealt in gold, minerals and oil. You will understand what made Rich so unique if you glance at his customer list and the people he bought from: the apartheid regime of South Africa; Fidel Castro‘s Cuba, Marxist Angola, the Nicaraguan Sandinistas, Muammar Gaddafi‘s Libya, Nicolae Ceaușescu‘s Romania, Augusto Pinochet‘s Chile, and especially the Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran, among many more. But what Rich admitted, and is known for, he dealt with these people and countries when they were under international sanctions. It begs the question, why was he never indicted for any of it? (He was actually pardoned from tax evasion) It has been reported that when the American CIA needed to pay for a domestic or foreign political assassination, Marc Rich arranged it through smuggled or stolen gold bullion. He also worked very closely with Israel’s Mossad, providing them with valuable information into his contact’s business. Rich, coincidently, due to his commodities expertise, was involved in the collapse of the Russian currency in 1990, that ultimately led to the collapse of the Soviet Union, under GHW Bush. You can read more about Marc Rich here. So…..first question for you. Do you think Marc Rich was part of the CIA web of intrigue, or just an unscrupulous businessman? I reported above, that the pardon of Marc Rich was controversial. But in fact, it was possibly criminal. Right after GHW Bush took office, a federal prosecutor in NY, Mary Jo White, was appointed by the new attorney general, John Ashcroft, to investigate the pardon. Now some of these names coming up may be familiar to you…..Shortly before that investigation concluded in 2003, White was removed from the case and replaced with the brand new deputy attorney general….James Comey. It was disclosed that the pardon for Rich had circumvented the pardon process at the justice department and the Clinton Deputy Attorney General recommended that it get “passed through” directly to the president. That deputy AG was Eric Holder, who later became the AG under Obama and Comey became the FBI Director under GWB. My next question to you is: Do you believe these appointments were mere coincidental or something else? I guess it wouldn’t be fair, if I didn’t mention that Marc Rich had very good lawyers…Jack Quinn and Scooter Libby. Jack Quinn was Whitehouse council under Bill Clinton and chief of staff to Al Gore. Scooter Libby was former council to VP Dick Chaney. Libby was later convicted of inadvertently outing the reported CIA operative, Valerie Plame. After Libby was sentenced, his sentence was commuted by GWB. All’s well that ends well….whew! That was a close one.
In case you didn’t….a very brief summary: Julleanna Glover worked for the RNC and lobbied. She gave up her job there and business to take a senior position at Teneo, the second skin of the CF. She also kept her role as senior advisor to John Ashcroft at Constellis, formerly Blackwater, a black ops mercenary supply company to the pentagon. Well, Jack Quinn is a director at Constellis and Xe Services. Xe services is an international mercenary supplier, soldier training firm and general consultant in making war. These are very clandestined CIA fronts. It is so important to understand that the CF and its affiliates are doing their work all over the world…..Africa, Australia, South America, China, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean. What a better cover for CIA missions? If this is indeed all sanctioned by the American government….which may be indicated by no one ever going to jail, because certainly, there is a whole shitload of illegal things going on, then are the Clintons actually American heroes? What about the other possibility? A shadow government? What if the CF is conducting its own foreign policy? A policy bent on a global system. This would explain Soros’s involvement in Teneo, through Mark Malloch-Brown. It could also explain the collapse of the Russian currency, which is Soros’ calling card. It would explain Hillary Clinton’s private server. It could also explain the entire destruction of the Middle East and our total lack of action…something we blame on incompetence or ideology. We have become aware of so many events that defy logic or explanation from a normal American’s perspective. What is going on in the world? How can we make any sense of all the events that have occurred in the world in the last 20 years? Sometimes I feel like there is two governments….one for the people and one for the CIA. Which one is actually running things? Is this why they fear an outsider like Trump, so much? We will know soon enough, I suppose. Once Trump learns what they know, will he still do the things he wants to do? If nothing changes, then we will know that something is going on that almost everyone in America is in the dark about.
So there you have it. My last question to you is, what say you? Which is it? Is the Clinton Foundation merely a criminal enterprise? Is it working for or with the CIA to shape and fix world events? Or is it a shadow government that works for the globalists and their one world government agenda? You have to answer that for yourself.
Over the last few months I have been exposing a pattern of corruption within the Clinton Foundation and its many tentacle outcroppings. It is pervasive to say the least. Since the election of 2016 is now history, and Hillary Clinton lost, will it all just go away? There is not one doubt in my mind that there is no possible way it will end. What I have exposed and what you should garner from these stories is that this is not the corruption of the past. Yes, there has always been corruption in government….not a big surprise. One corporation would fund a campaign to elect a congressman or senator that would introduce a bill or create a regulation to benefit that donor. That’s one thing, its gone on for as long as we’ve been a country. But shaping the global system, while benefitting financially, a global elite, is quite another. Foundations are now the means of accomplishing this. Money can flow into these organizations….many times anonymously, and buy influence from politicians, leaders, and whole countries. It’s not just the Clinton Foundation. These foundations hide in plain sight. They use some of their donations to do good work, while using the bulk of it to shape world events….and that takes a lot of money. Organizations like the Hellenic Initiative in Greece, created by the CEO of Dow Chemical, The Radcliffe Foundation in Canada, that has bought the Columbian government, and run by Frank Guistra, or the Soros Foundation that has bought several Balkan nations. There are dozens of others.
As Americans we were born to be good. So many of us grew up believing in God and country, mom, and apple pie. We believe in the constitution and what it stands for, our founding, our exceptionalism….we are Americans! I often ask myself, since I know history…is there something different about this than about what happened in the past? It’s a hard question to answer. Many times, throughout history, there have been very bad things that have happened in government. America survived and got better and stronger. Is this just another one of those times? I suppose you could frame it that way…but I’m not so sure. The world is changing. It is moving from a centuries old nationalistic system to a global system. What happens to America in a global system? A global system necessitates, I believe, that capitalism has to go away. At least the kind of capitalism that we understand. If global elites are deciding where the wealth goes, who benefits, and who loses, where does it leave the American middle class? I really don’t believe we can stop this push to globalism…but we can slow it down. Hillary and Bill represent the end of a corrupt generation. If we can show them to the door, and hold them to account, we can send a strong message that our ideals can prevail. That doesn’t mean that a new, younger generation of crooks isn’t following in their foot steps, but we will have sent a huge message to them that they must figure out another method to steal, lie and cheat the American people.
While doing this research I came to feel like I live in the Matrix. We go about our lives, while we really have no control over anything that happens. So many of us pay attention, do our due diligence, help our candidates, and vote, all the while thinking we did our part to support our beliefs and vision for America. Does any of it matter? Can this corruption be changed….be stopped? I guess my analogy would say, could we stop the use of cell phones and the use of the internet? Yes it is possible, but extremely unlikely. This level of corruption has been developed over decades by people bent on power. The lawyers that create the systems are smart and know the laws they need to use to maintain deniability of any wrong doing. Prosecuting the Clintons and making them an example should be of the highest priorities.
When Donald Trump won the election, I was elated. Not so much because he is a republican or he will implement new trade deals, fix the border, or implement any number of new policies. I have always saw Trump as one of us. Yeah, he’s a billionaire…I get it. But he is a normal American businessman. He doesn’t deal in global corruption. Sure, in his world there are bribes and payoffs and favors…..but none of those things affect the world order. My hope is Trump will see this corruption and react to it. He claims to be a nationalist. He can end this wave of global corruption, he has that power, now. Will they stand by and accept the change? NO! They won’t. If Trump does what I think he is capable of doing, his life will be in real jeopardy. This is no joke….they will use all their tools to defeat everything he proposes, but when it fails….if it fails….they will look to Pence, an establishment elite, to continue the status quo. Don’t forget why we elected Trump. Yes to change course, but for so many of us, we were fighting the establishment in the parties that implements all the demands of the global elite……NAFTA, CAFTA, GATT, the WTO, the World Bank, the IMF, the EXP/IMP Bank, foreign subsidiary laws, Bank Bailouts, Stimulus, Low interest rates, and quantitative easing….all policies and organizations to benefit the global elite and big money special interests.

The Final Chapter…. No conspiracy, this is what reality looks like
I have purposely saved the most egregious crimes of the Clintons for the last chapter. These crimes are so far above regular criminality, that they threaten the very fabric of humanity. It is so clear to me how all the pieces fit together now, that I know I will have trouble convincing many that this is no conspiracy theory.
Before I get into the star of this story, I want to talk about the big picture. In the past, you may have asked yourself the same question I have asked myself many times….why do so many nations hate America? Haven’t we helped millions to be free? Haven’t we fostered freedom and prosperity around the globe? And haven’t we championed human rights and liberty in every corner of the globe? Yet if the answer to all those questions is yes, then why are we so hated? The answer may not be obvious, but there is an answer. There may have been a time in the not to distant past, when the answer to those questions was yes….but things have changed and we, as rank and file Americans have not seen or understood that change. I remember when we refused to do business with China because of their human rights violations. We refused as a nation to accept doing business with nations that abused their own citizens. We even went to war in Vietnam to stop communism from taking over the South. Many times in our past, we came to the rescue of beleaguered peoples that were oppressed by their governments. But no more. We now find ourselves in a global economy where human rights are defined by global corporate interests. Profits and stock prices are now put ahead of any human consideration.
Nothing has been more written about than the actions of George Soros. With his estimated 23 billion of wealth he has not only manipulated dozens of small foreign nations, but has actually taken over several putting his employees in control. These actions have allowed Soros to manipulate markets, currencies, and government interactions all, for his financial benefit. While Soros may be the focus of many observers, he is not the only wealthy person taking advantage of small countries for their own financial gain. The proliferation of these actions by wealthy individuals and organizations has been caused, and sanctioned by the now ever corrupt American government.
Soros is not the only player in this rush to build wealth for a few while the peoples of the world suck up the scraps. This study has shown me a few things in this big picture. The first is how much I can see the appeal of pure communism, why it is the go-to revolutionary means to rid the world of oligarchy and tyranny. But this too, has been co-opted by the rich and powerful, controlling the production of wealth to benefit the few at the expense of the people. The second is how the term “free trade” has been championed around the world by these rich oligarchs to fool the people into looking the other way, while they steal the wealth of America and offer us cheap goods from China, Mexico and a host of other poor nations that have already been raped of their wealth. And the third is how it is being accomplished. The rise of non-profits to amass huge sums of money to be used to buy influence, cause chaos, and grant favors, has created a new means to an end. Foundations, Initiatives and other “humanitarian” NGOs are used to camouflage the real work these organizations are in business for….to create great wealth for a few, while tapping into the people’s money all around the world.
The case I have been investigating now, for months is the Clinton Foundation. In this episode we will be exposing the Foundations connection to the largest individual donor to the CF…..Frank Giustra.
Frank Giustra is one of these guys that I have been speaking of. He’s one of the wealthiest people in Canada. He is a Canadian citizen that has his hands in many industries and ventures. Giustra is big in mining, oil, and the movie industry in Vancouver. He also funds and operates a Canadian foundation called the Radcliffe Foundation and a Canadian arm of the Clinton Foundation….The Clinton-Giustra Global Initiative (CGGI). Frank Giustra is a very corrupt individual and is the poster child for the corruption that steals wealth from wherever he can find it. It’s a very long story of deal making, influence buying, union bashing and global theft. At the bottom I will link to a story that fully covers Giustra from the IBTimes. I am also linking to the documentary “Clinton Cash” which lays out a very well researched case on the Clinton Foundation. It focuses on Haiti and also talks about Giustra. Here, I’m just going to cover one aspect of this corruption…..Columbia.
When Giustra met Bill Clinton he was involved in the oil industry in Columbia. He was a major investor to Pacific Rubiales, a private oil company in Columbia. His involvement in Pacific Rubiales is very convoluted. A company called Endeavor Mining that Giustra founded, had board members sitting on the boards of both companies. One news service called Pacific Rubiales “Giustra’s shell company”. Bill Clinton, because he was president, had strong ties to the president of Columbia….Alvaro Uribe. Clinton introduced Giustra to Uribe. Not long after that introduction Uribe hastened the privatization of Columbia’s oil company, Ecopetrol. This privatization would allow Pacific Rubiales to have access to Columbian oil. Shortly after their initial meeting with Uribe, Clinton and Giustra created another “Charity” called the Clinton-Giustra Enterprise Partnership (CGEP) Its stated purpose was to “generate both social and financial returns for investors”. 4.4 million dollars found its way into this new entity from Pacific Rubiales. Bill and Frank were now partners.
There’s much more to this story….but you can read it on the attached link if you need to know more. Suffice it to say that to this point this shady operation, although unethical and unsavory, may not be criminal. What has to be understood, and is the whole point of this research, is that these shady deals and wealth grabbing ventures, are impossible to pull off without government backing. Clinton got Uribe to cooperate….I’m sure he did it out of his love for capitalism. But just what service was Giustra looking for, and how was he able to sell all that oil? First Uribe…..It seems that Pacific Rubiales had a union problem. The company was underpaying their workers and not providing any kind of acceptable working conditions. The workers tried desperately to form a union to negotiate their grievances. Uribe sent in the army, quashed the union, jailed the organizers, and snuffed out the opposition with force. Third world stuff, right? Not so fast. All this was in the context of “free trade”. The US was in negotiation with Columbia to create a Columbian Free Trade Agreement….CTPA! This would allow the oil to be sent to America without tariffs or restrictions. The trade deal….proposed in 2007….was opposed by Hillary Clinton and the democrats in the senate. You see, the democrats get a lot of union support here, and the unions were not happy with what was transpiring in Columbia. So CTPA sat on the table for two years. One other thing you should know. A trade deal like CTPA requires our state department to certify that the trading country meets all human rights agreements as set forth in the treaty….you know, like it used to be! Fast forward to 2010. Hillary Clinton is now SOS. She now is 100% behind CTPA and so is Obama…..both were totally opposed to it just two years previous. What happened? I’m positive it had nothing to do with the Clinton partnership or the 31 million dollars Giustra donated to the Clinton Foundation, or the 100 million he has pledged. One question lingers for me. I know the Clintons are corrupt and I know Giustra is corrupt…..but what did Obama get out of it? We may never know…but we do know that he is now a multi-millionaire. Just how do those things happen? Anyway, I digress. Just looking at this one incident, you should get a sense how this all works. Government works with the crooks to steal the money. It’s no different than a gang paying off the beat cops to look the other way, while they sell their drugs. It’s just on a much larger scale. You should also get the sense that government is above the law. Many of the things they do skirt or get around the law because no one investigates or prosecutes. I hope and pray that Trump will provide someone honest to put an end to all this crap. The middle class in America or anywhere in the world can’t grow and prosper as long as these crooks continue to steal it all.
Is it possible the Clinton Foundation will just melt away? No chance!

Hillary supporters claimed that the Clinton Foundation was an innocent, “charitable” organization. On his proposed first day to “Drain the Swamp,” Trump will impose a LIFETIME BAN ON LOBBYING FOR FOREIGN GOVERNMENTS. Numerous foreign governments handed money to the Clintons purely for “influence.” The corruption with Norway’s link to the Clinton Foundation extended to Obama. This was the reason Obama was given the Noble Peace Prize, and Jens Stoltenberg, who approved the half…-billion donation from Norway to the Clintons, was made the head of NATO in Europe.
The Norwegian newspaper Hegnar reports that Norway is expected to slash their contributions to the Clinton Foundation now that Hillary has lost the presidency. Norway’s pay-off to the Clinton Foundation was strategic. According to local press, during the period 2007 to 2015, Norway sent 584 million to the Clinton Foundation. For the next three years, they promised the Clintons a further 92 million.
Now that Hillary lost, Norway it is cutting those donations by 87%. Our sources are whispering that all other foreign governments will follow. With Trump’s lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign governments, Hillary’s days of influence are starting to crash and burn. Trump did not say he would indict her. He has cut off Hillary’s funding by foreign governments that she cultivated as Secretary of State. Anyone who really believed countries like Saudi Arabia donated to Hillary to support women and gay rights which they do not respect at home are sublime fools. Hillary’s emails to Podesta admitted that Saudi Arabia and Qatar were both giving financial and logistical support to the Islamic State and other extremist Sunni groups, demonstrating that indeed this has been a civil war between Sunni and Shia. The Clinton Foundation’s list of donors confirmed that Saudis donated to her. Now, the Saudis and Qatar are rumored among our sources to be chopping off their donations to Hillary following her loss.
Trump has come out and said he does not intend to indict Hillary because it would be “very very divisive” for the country. I believe this is the correct choice. Nevertheless, Draining the Swamp has begun!

Dow is one of the bigger pesticide producers in the world, and holds its own ground in an agrochemical arena flooded by Monsanto and Syngenta strongholds. Since 2011, it has been revealed that Dow’s donations to a Clinton-aligned firm, range in the tens of millions. Douglas Band has been described as the man who encouraged big corporations to donate money to “Bill Clinton Inc.,” to prop the Clinton’s income. Companies such as Coca Cola and Dow Chemical, which were clients of Band’s firm, Teneo, were those named in the 2011 memo named “Attorney-Client Privilege.” The memo was sent by Band to two attorneys who were reviewing the Clinton Foundation.

For me, it would really be comical, if it weren’t so criminal. You can’t look at a donor to the Clinton Foundation, without discovering some less than honest behavior. So many special favors, sweet deals, access, and criminal behavior, with a total disregard for ethics, national policy, or law! My latest adventure was to investigate a man named Andrew Nicholas Liveris. Not many people would immediately recognize the name, but he is a multi-national industrial CEO. He runs the Dow Chemical Company, based in Midland, Michigan. They make chemicals….chemicals for every conceivable endeavor and industry. They have plants all over the world, but we are concerned with only one. A brand new, state of the art, plant in Saudi Arabia. Yes, that’s right, Dow partnered with Saudi Arabia’s national oil company, ARAMCO to build a $20 billion factory in Al Sharqiya, Saudi Arabia. So once again, we have to ask the question, what does this have to do with the Clintons? You have to start with understanding the magnitude of a 20 billion dollar plant. Even though Dow and the Saudis are more than capable of financing that big of a deal, they had to get taxpayer help. Before I go into the details, let me just say this is about the bigger picture. It’s wonderful that an American company like Dow needs to expand. I might even be able to accept that Saudi Arabia was the best place to build a state of the art factory. What I cannot accept is that, we, the people of America, have to help finance such a venture. OK, now that I got that off my chest….let me continue.
Let’s start with Andre Liveris, the CEO of Dow Chemical. As with most of the Clinton’s friends and donors….this guy is a piece of work. After an internal audit was conducted, after a whistle-blower came forward, Liveris was found to have used nearly a million dollars of company money for personal expenses. He was forced to return nearly $800,000 to the business. He also started his own foundation in Greece called the Hellenic Initiative. It has the makings of another Clinton Foundation….a charity that does good works, while siphoning off millions for founders and friends. I don’t suppose then, it would be surprising to find out that two of the biggest funders of “Bill Clinton Inc” Dow and Coke, both sit on the board of this new charity. Liveris is a close and long time friend of Bill Clinton. Now nothing so far is illegal or even dubious, maybe incestuous, but nothing indicates foul play, to this point.
Enter Teneo. You would have to read all my pieces to understand how important Teneo is to the Clinton Foundation. I’m not going to go into all of it again. At the time that the Sadara plant was being conceived, Teneo was a consultant to Dow, raking in 2.8 million a year. E-mails have been released recently that disclose conversations between Doug Band, a Teneo founder and CEO of the Clinton Foundation, and a director of the Exp/Imp bank, Kevin Varney. He writes: “If you guys think there is an opportunity to work together I remain very interested and excited by the possibilities, Thanks again for considering me. Teneo is doing some amazing work and has a great team.” Mr. Varney was trolling for a job. There were meetings and conversations between Band, Declan Kelly and two other Ex/Im Bank directors concerning possible employment. This was all going on in the context of many conservatives in congress trying to end the Bank….here’s a piece of the timeline. The Export/Import Bank Re-authorization Act of 2012 was introduced in June of 2011. It was passed by the House on May 9, 2012, passed by the senate on May 15th and signed by the president on May 30th 2012. The next morning, May 31st, Varney sent the following to Band, Kelly and head of Teneo’s investment bank, Michael Madden: “The President signed Exim’s re-authorization yesterday, With that done I’m free to move forward” The job wrangling went on for another two months through August of 2012. Meanwhile, prior to these negotiations, Dow was spending millions lobbying congress on Exp/Imp Bank. Fred Hochberg who I’ve mentioned in another post……the Chairman of the Exp/Imp Bank, recused himself from the vote, not sighting a reason. On August 22nd, 2012, the Exp/Imp Bank authorized the loan to Sadara….the largest loan ever underwritten by the bank….4.975 billion dollars. What’s purely coincidental was Teneo’s fees to Dow dramatically increased in 2012 and 2013 to $16 million, from $2.8 million. Something has occurred to me while doing all this research. Big picture stuff…..throughout history people have been used by the rich and powerful elite for their own benefit. As far back as ancient Egypt there were the Pharaohs. They had all the power, they were gods, looked down on the people and used them for their own benefit. Then came Rome and its republic….things changed for a little while. Then the Caesars took control, they were gods. They took all the power and used the people for their benefit. The rise of the Church changed things for a while, but it too, became corrupt and used the people. Next were the monarchies. The Kings and Queens took control and used the people for their benefit. Finally, came America and it changed again for awhile…..but then came the carpet baggers, the Robber Barons and the Captains of Industry…..they took control and used the people for their benefit. Along came Ronald Reagan and there was a short respite…..it didn’t last long. Now it appears we have the Foundations, the charities, the lobbyists, the consultants, and the multi-national corporations. They have taken control and look down on the people as merely a tool to use for their benefit. The theme of Lamentations from the Bible is that there is nothing new under the sun. The Clintons and the rest of this global elite are just one more group of individuals that want control and are willing to use us for their benefit. They are the gods of the 21st century.
Crony capitalism or massive corruption? “What difference does it make” By Ken George 11-16-2016
INCEST! No matter where I look, I find some connection between government and the Clinton Foundation. My latest find is in the Export/Import Bank. For those that are unfamiliar with this crony big government money pit, let me explain. We often hear in the headlines Boeing, or GE, or some other giant corporation makes a huge sale to some foreign nation or state-run airline or company and we‘re suppose to act like that’s great for America. But is it? Many will show graphs and charts extolling our strong exports that create thousands of American jobs. But let me put it this way…..if you cut your grass, and pay yourself 20 bucks….would you consider that income? No that’s not a joke, that’s how the export/import bank works. Boeing gets an order for 6, hundred million dollar jets from Podunk Airlines in Thirdworldistan. The sale price is $600 million. The export/import bank loans the $600 million to Thirdworldistan. Thirdworldistan then is able to pay Boeing. Somewhere along the way, the US State Department provides $600 million to Thirdworldistan in foreign aid, who then uses it to pay back the export/import bank. Just to recap….we, the taxpayers, just bought Thirdworldistan 6 very expensive jets, and our export business just grew by $600 million, but we, the US taxpayers paid the whole bill. In my world, we call that a scam!
But what does this have to do with the Clinton Foundation. You don’t have to look to deep in any money pit, to find the Clintons with their hands in it. The Chairman of the export/import bank is Fred Hochberg. Forget that he was appointed by Bill Clinton, and forget that he was a huge 6 figure bundler for the Hillary campaign, and you can even forget that he showed up in NH to campaign for Hillary. But look to his $25,000 donation to the Clinton Foundation, along with a 900,000 dollar donation from Boeing to the foundation, two months after closing on a $3.7 billion dollar sale with a Russian airline company. But that wasn’t enough….Boeing’s chief lobbyist, Tim Keating, hosted a huge fundraiser for Hillary shortly after the deal, then 6 months later Boeing paid Bill, $250,000 to give executives a speech. And finally, Hillary got Boeing to spend $2 million on her pet project in China….an American pavilion at the Chinese World’s Fair.
All this is rather transparent, but still looks bad. Pay for play, again while we foot the bill. But it all begs the question what else, that’s not so transparent, might it have cost us as a nation so Boeing could get their sale and Bill and Hillary could get a few bucks? I’m sure it was coincidental, but this happened in 2009-10…..just a very short time before we eliminated our missile shield in Poland that Russia railed about. Also it was just a short time before Russia invaded Georgia and then Ukraine. Of course I’m speculating….but could there have been a wink and a nod, that we would do nothing….we wouldn’t send weapons to Ukraine or Georgia, that Russia would be uninhibited by the US? It’s a wild theory, but the patterns are just to striking to ignore.
To be fair, is it good or bad for America to have an export/import bank? Would it cost thousands of jobs if we didn’t pay for Boeing’s jets, or GE’s windmills or hundreds of other American products being sold to foreign countries? Look at it this way….if we valued those jobs, why not just buy them from them for us? Buy our airlines a jet or two. Buy products from our small businesses so they can prosper. Why not just pay workers not to work? You see….all those things would never be considered because this America…the land of free enterprise, competition, and capitalism. What I’ve explained in this blog, is Fascism…..government partnering with corporations to control production. Its simply un-American.
Finally, I have now written 7 pieces on massive corruption surrounding the Clinton Foundation. I’ve spent about 30 hours reading and searching on the internet for this information. For Mr. Comey, our FBI director, to say there’s nothing here is to be willfully blind. Was his investigation so narrow that they just refused to look at anything else? Who can say why it was dropped. But, like I said, you don’t have to look far to find a corrupt act by the Clinton Foundation. The congress has vowed to investigate further, but that’s political. This should be unraveled by the justice department and this corruption must be ended.
