As you might imagine, my frustration, like yours is off the charts. Even though, like you I continue to “hope” for justice, I pretty much have resigned myself to the fact that no one in the ruling class will ever be held accountable. As of this writing, all we hear, and have heard for 3 years, is, its “coming”! Don’t hold your breath! The ruling class is truly the ruling class, the elites, the powerful politicos that are above all of us and play by a different set of rules, where jail, or punishment are not on the list of consequences. We’re led to believe that losing a job or a career is punishment enough. Even when the next day they have a job paying twice as much. My friends, this has got to stop. For 5 years I have done everything I know how to do, to expose the corruption of this ruling class. As slow as it goes, the information is getting out. People get it, they’re mad as hell and they crave justice…..but its only a percentage of a percentage. Half this country wants to destroy the country. Whether they know it or not, those people are really angry with the same corruption we are. They just have a different solution: Blow it up! I can even agree that there are times I’d like to do the same thing. But before I step off that cliff, I think its worth one more try to stop what they are doing, but we need help. Somebody in that ruling class has got to stand up and expose what is going on. I don’t care if its Bill Barr, John Durham, Donald Trump, a low level FBI agent, or a disgruntled CIA agent. The truth needs to be exposed and somebody has to pay for what they’ve done.

OK….now that I got that off my chest let me tell you what I found. In part 1 of this report I talked about a document I found on a government website, that has now been taken down. I must tell you it was very enlightening.

As I said in part 1, this document is huge…..over 18,000 rows and 39 columns on a spread sheet. Its impossible to post or even share. So…..I spent hours searching it. Below is a photo of just one participant in the Ukraine corruption. It has taken four weeks to research this one organization…the National Democratic Institute (NDI). But this document has hundreds of “grantees” getting millions and millions of tax payer dollars to do what? At this stage, I just don’t know, but when I do, I will report it. This document shows that since 2013, we have donated over 4 billion, 3 hundred, ninety-two million dollars to organizations and groups doing something in Ukraine….we need to know what.

Below is a compilation I pulled from the larger document. It shows all the allocations made to NDI. From 2013 through 2019, they were given $15,504,000 to do their “work”. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m not willing to give Ukraine any money to learn how to do government, especially from people that have no idea how a government should operate. Below this photo is a link to the file on all the payouts to NDI. You should be able to click on the link and open the file in Excel and not only see it, but read the details. But I want you to see is what I uncovered when I put it all together. I believe I have stumbled onto the method these rich elites are legally stealing our money. Let’s start with where the money comes from

The vast majority of foreign aid money is filtered through a government agency called United States Agency for International Development (USAID). I first ran across USAID while researching the Clinton Foundation. They were the money source for the relief that went to Haiti. Millions and millions was poured into Haiti……stolen by the Clintons and their cronies. It was all documented in a book by Peter Schweitzer called Clinton Cash. The book was made into an hour and a half movie which can be accessed at the link above. I have promised to research USAID, but it is so huge and vast, dealing with billions upon billions of US tax dollars, that it is a daunting task…..I’ll get too it someday.

In the document, there are four levels of management of our money. The first level is the “Funding Agency”. Although there are a few, USAID and the State Department fund most of the programs. The USAID is funded by appropriations from congress from the annual budget. In everything I looked at, the money that goes to USAID cannot be separated from what goes to the State Department. They operate together. Their budget for 2020 was to be cut, but wasn’t, do to the lack of a budget and the passage of yet another continuing resolution by congress. That number is $53 billion. Trump’s 2021 budget, once again, calls for a massive cut to $39 billion. Before I go on, keep in mind how much money that is: 53 thousand millions. What we’re talking about going to Ukraine is less than 1% of the total. I don’t say that to minimize it, but to point out that what is being stolen there is chump change to them. But Imagine that chump change being stolen in all 170 countries we provide foreign aid to.

The second level of management is the “Managing Agency”. Although USAID manages the bulk of the funds, there are others that manage our money. The Commerce Department, The Treasury, The Peace Corps, The State Department, and the Defense Department….they all get a piece of the funding. These managing agencies then choose the third level of management: The “Implementing Partner”. This partner can be one of thousands of organizations, some private companies, some governmental, and many NGOs (Non-Governmental Organizations). These partners then decide the fourth level of management….just how the money will be spent….This is where it all goes wrong! Oh sure, I can imagine there are tons of forms and papers to fill out, maybe even audits, but do you really believe there is any real accountability? This money is so easily stolen, that I was thinking of starting an NGO so I could get some. (kidding)

In my first analysis of this document, NDI appears 48 times, representing over $15 million of the 4-1/2 billion spent in Ukraine over the last 6 years. They are part of the “Implementing Partner”, Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening, along with the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES). Don’t they all sound so noble? I want you to read something. Lucky for us, some conscientious clerk expanded on the Award Description in cell L-27. He/She wrote this:

(Ukraine): The Strengthening of Political Processes in Ukraine (SPPU) program is implemented through the Consortium for Elections and Political Processes Strengthening (CEPPS) and its partners: the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI), the International Republican Institute (IRI), and the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES). The implementing mechanism advances the Operating Unit goal of a democratic Ukraine meeting Euro-Atlantic standards of good governance, rule of law, and civil society participation by improving the capacity of political parties to better reflect the will and ambitions of the population. SPPU prioritizes long-term development needs of a democratic political party system; targets the local and regional levels; and focuses on building linkages among political parties, civil society and institutions of governance to address the demands of party accountability and strengthen the participation of citizens and emerging leaders in the political process. The end results of the mechanism include (1) enhanced development of the democratic political system in Ukraine; (2) Increased demand for more effective representation of the public interest by political parties and elected officials through improved advocacy and monitoring of political parties and elected officials by civic groups, and improved linkages between civic groups and political parties; and (3) enhanced transparency and integrity of Ukraine’s electoral process through the use of international and domestic non-partisan election observers.

Please….tell me what that all means and just how will that be accomplished in a country as corrupt as Ukraine is. Are we to be so naïve and arrogant that we think we can teach Ukrainians to be honest and fair, just like we are here? /SARC. Seems to me this would be as effective as trying to get college students to not have sex. (I think we try to do that to. )

So, here’s the meat of it, and just how the money disappears legally! I found on line a 2011 annual report from NDI.

Notice the circled item. $18 million for “management”. That seems like a lot of money to me, for management in a single year. But then I looked at just who the managers are. It reads like a who’s who of elites. Now I certainly don’t know all these people or who they are, but I sure do recognize many of them. NDI has 35 directors, and 15 folks on an “advisory committee”. All paid! That’s a lot of management! Here’s the directors I know: (click on the pictures to see names)

If you are a political junky like I am, you will notice they all have something in common. They’re all democrats……isn’t that odd? 50 managers and not a republican or conservative among them. So what kind of government do you think they might create in Ukraine? But folks, its not just Ukraine. They do this all over the world. From their website: ndi regions

So what’s the point? Have you got it yet? Our government pours money into foreign aid, the aid is distributed to noble organizations that purport to shape third world countries into democracies all over the world, and fat cats are drawing at least 6 figure salaries for almost no work….for years! Do you get it? Who’s to say how many directors they can have or how much they can pay them? One more document from 2016:

If you look at the far right column, you can see a four year period from 2013 to 2016, they paid, just directors, $7.1 million, if you calculate that out for three more years through 2019, to match the spending document, they would have paid their 35 directors, right around $12 million. Hey, but its all legal.

And finally, help me out….those links just below the financial data, labeled donors. Aren’t those all unions? I can’t figure out why they would be donating to this quasi-government funded noble organization….But I would bet it can’t be because they have strong feelings about democracy in Ukraine…..what say you?

Well…there you are friends. I don’t know, maybe I’m just imagining the whole thing, but if I had a vote, I don’t think I’d spend $4 billion in Ukraine to encourage good government….would you? And remember, this is just my first pass…their are another thousand recipients of our money. I think I’ll do a couple of more and see what’s under the rug, maybe it will get better. Corruption in Ukraine Part 1

A hopeless money pit that exemplifies America’s arrogance in its continued attempt to fix other countries

It is not hard at all to find corruption in Ukraine. As I searched the web, I found it everywhere, and at all levels of life. In the life of everyday citizens it is pervasive and accepted as normal. This is a different culture, that Americans simply cannot understand. What would any American do or say if when making an appointment at the doctor, they had to pay the nurse a bribe in order to get that appointment? Or how about if you wanted to ride the bus, and the driver demanded a bribe before you could board? Its everywhere. In business its even worse. Want to get a building permit? Pay a series of bribes. Want to ship products to another city? Bribe the driver and hope your goods arrive and are not stolen. Ukrainians cannot escape corruption. In fact, they have become extremely complacent when it comes to corruption. They simply accept it as a way of life. So when it comes to corruption at the upper levels of government, they are simply cynical and feel helpless to do anything about it. It goes on and on, all, with impunity. I might add, that this level of corruption develops slowly over many, many years. If what is happening in America right now, is allowed to continue unpunished, we will wind up just like Ukraine.

To say the government of Ukraine is corrupt is a gross understatement. Let me start with some basic history, just in case you are unfamiliar with Ukraine. Ukraine sits almost in the middle of Europe. Its longest border is with Russia, and it sits on the Black Sea directly across from Turkey. Its capital is Kiev. Prior to 1991, Ukraine was part of the Soviet Union and still has many former Russian patriots living there. Prior to 1991, a great deal of the Soviet Union’s nuclear arsenal was located in Ukraine. In 1994. Russia, Ukraine, and the United States reached an agreement where Ukraine would return all warheads to Russia for eliminating, while the US and Britain would provide certain security assurances. Since then we have conducted a foreign policy to bring Ukraine closer to Europe and out from Russian influence. A series of Soviet style presidents have been “elected” to Ukraine’s highest office since Ukraine became an independent nation in 1991, each one being more corrupt than the previous. In 2004 a man named Viktor Yushchenko was president of Ukraine. His policies like all previous Ukrainian presidents was to cozy up to Europe and move away from Russia. In 2004 a presidential election was held and Yushchenko’s opponent was Viktor Yanukovych….yeah, I know, who can keep these names straight? In a close election, Yanukovych, a Russian puppet, won, but huge protests broke out in what became to be called the orange revolution. Under claims of voter fraud and vote rigging, the election results were annulled by the courts, and another election was held. Yushchenko maintained the presidency.

The next election was in 2010, and this time, Yanukovych won outright. You got to know that this truly was Russian interference. During this time Europe was courting Ukraine and talk of entering NATO was prevalent. Yanukovich was ready to sign a deal with Europe for a large aid package in the billions, when, at the last minute, made the decision to accept a loan from Russia instead. You see, it was all a lie, Yanukovych was a Russian stooge. His move sparked an actual revolution in 2014, where he was ousted, then fled to Moscow. There is no doubt that the CIA and what we call the deep state were behind the revolution. The CIA and deep state are singularly laser focused on Russia and doing as much damage as possible to them….they just can’t get out of the cold war.

Before I leave the presidency of Yanukovych, let me give you a great example of the kind of corruption we’re talking about. In order to woo Ukraine under the European/NATO umbrella, Britain, Germany and others made a big deal of helping Ukraine to recover billions of dollars in offshore accounts, thought stolen from Ukraine. In March of 2014, the BNP bank in London received a request from Yanukovych’s lawyers to close an account and transfer the money to the bank of Cyprus. In the scheme of billions, it was a paltry $23 million. Still, a lot of cash. When the transfer was reported to Britain’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) the transfer was placed on hold, pending investigation. Theresa May, the then Home Secretary, decided to make a big statement by holding the money. Yanukovych sued the bank. Investigators in Ukraine informed Britain that the money belonged to Ukraine and should not be released, but after a year, the case came before a British judge and Ukraine changed its story. Higher ups in the Ukranian prosecutor’s office, whose names were not disclosed, sent a letter stating “no crimes have been committed” to warrant the hold. As we will see, this happens a lot in Ukraine, honest investigators and journalists uncover criminal activity only to be ignored or disposed of by others in the government.

Understand that our history with Ukraine is complicated. What I just gave you was a very broad overview. Russia has always thought of Ukraine as part of Russia and so in 2014, when the CIA ousted Yanukovych, they moved on Crimea. Crimea is part of Ukraine and is a strategic Black Sea asset. They soon after, moved on to Eastern Ukraine, where a hot war has been going on since 2014. We are told over and over that Russia is evil and the aggressor, but as in so many instances, it is our CIA that prompts these aggressions by meddling in other countries. But let’s get back to corruption.

Poroschenko became the next president of Ukraine when elected in 2014. He became the face of corruption. Poroschenko was an oligarch in Ukraine, who made his fortune in the candy industry, known as the “chocolate king”. But his fortune was bigger than that. He was in many other industries and agriculture, and had created bank accounts and shell companies all over the world, as he pillaged the national treasury. His candy company was registered in Cyprus, a perennial tax haven. After the voters ousted Yanukovych, Poroschenko picked up where he left off.

Corruption is a strange evil. Like it or not, it is rampant in our society and across the world. Most people, everywhere, seem to take it in stride, and feel helpless to do anything about it. I must say, as a little guy focused on this evil, it is certainly frustrating to know what I know, and yet, nothing is ever done to end it, at least here. If I may wane philosophical, it is human nature to be corrupt, to seek power over others through acquiring wealth…..corrupt behavior is always easier than the hard work it takes to actually build something through effort or to gain power and respect by doing what is right. Especially if those that are to post guard over corruption….law enforcement, are also corrupt.

The story of Ukraine is the pinnacle of what happens to a society that becomes incessantly corrupt. The people are oppressed, poor, and without work. Foreign investment is almost non-existent, and the country is drained of its resources and wealth. every year, an estimated $12 billion dollars exits Ukraine, money that has illicit or unknown origins. To add to that sad story, America has invested tens of billions of dollars in Ukraine since they broke away from Russia. A lot of that money simply disappeared. In one reported instance, $7.2 billion found its way into The US investment fund, Franklin Templeton and another $600 million into the American hedge fund operated by Blackrock Capital. The money reportedly came from the Ukraine Sovereign Fund…..state money…..appropriated by Poroschenko.

There is so much corruption in Ukraine I could write a lengthy book about all the avenues it takes…..I’m not going to do that. But before I get into the Bidens and the corruption people are interested in today as it applies to the current impeachment fiasco, allow me to tell you about a document I found, that I will discuss in part 2 of this post. I had really planned to provide a link to it, so you could see the whole thing, but three days after I downloaded it, it was removed by “foreignassistance.gov”. So I have included two screen shots of the document. I can’t post the whole document because…..get ready….. its a spread sheet with 18,067 rows and 12 columns. Its a somewhat detailed accounting of all the money spent in Ukraine and who it went to. You see, when we think of foreign aid, we believe that the US government is giving tax money to other governments. But that’s not how foreign aid generally works. The money is appropriated by congress, given to USAID, (United States Agency for International Development) the State Department, or other agencies, through budgeting, then USAID or State assigns it to an organization or company to “manage”, who then determines who will get it and how it will be used. Now, I’m speculating, but I can only imagine the vast number of opportunities for this money to be misused or simply stolen. I’ll talk about that in Part 2

Are the Biden’s corrupt? As much as we’d all like it to be true, after extensive research, I cannot find a shred of evidence that JOE Biden is corrupt. Yes….there is the usual pay for play and access that most powerful senators are all guilty of because of our disgusting campaign financing rules. To be honest, I can’t believe I just said that. It seems I have become complacent, like everybody else, about the everyday corruption in Washington that we all accept. Joe has indulged in this over the years to garner support from unions, banks and the usual villains. But to say he is corrupt would be unfair. His bank records indicate he never really benefitted from his position. However, as much as I don’t want to paint Joe as a victim, he is extremely loyal to his family and its his family that really stinks of illegality. I would say Joe Biden has been protecting Hunter his whole life.

Joe’s brother JAMES Biden was described in one article as a “serial entrepreneur”. That’s a kind way to describe a crook. He has started and closed a dozen companies, mostly in finance. Each one shadier than the previous and HUNTER, his son, was partner to James in many of them. James and Hunter, for years, have used the Biden name and Joe’s position to leverage loans, deals, and contracts. Just how much involvement Joe had is not known. In one venture, Paradigm Global Advisors, a hedge fund accumulator, was acquired by James and Hunter using an $8.1 million promissory note. that in the end, was never paid. According to Politico:

“One former executive said Hunter and James used the assets as a personal account drawing out as much as a million dollars in a single year. At one point, the executive said, Hunter called him and asked him to hand over $21,000 in company funds for a personal mortgage payment. When the executive refused, saying the funds were needed to cover operating expenses, he recalled that Hunter — who recently told The New Yorker he has spent most of his life living paycheck to paycheck — responded that he might lose his house. “Hunter did take substantial dollars out of the company,” said a second former Paradigm executive, describing the withdrawals as a “semi-regular” subject of discussion and concern within the firm.”

Its only speculation, but this also corresponds in a timeline with the severe alcohol and drug habit that Hunter Biden had. It seems like having access to millions of dollars and a drug habit don’t bode well for success. But that’s just me. Politico wrote a very well researched piece on the Bidens and there seedy business ventures. Its rather long, but goes into great detail….you can read it here. Joe is one of the few Washington lifers that never became a millionaire until after becoming VP. For many years he lived a pretty mundane financial life, never amassing a fortune, starting a foundation, or writing a book….oh wait…..he did amass a fortune, but not until after becoming the VP. He did start a foundation in 2017. And it was one of those foundations that purported to solve the world’s problems…not unlike another foundation we all know…..the difference with it, is that he shut it down last year, when he decided to run for president.

You see, being president provides power…..a lot more power than running a foundation. And…. that power provides access to the money. He also did write a couple of books that earned him 7 figures. He now claims $100,000 to speak and has cashed in big after leaving office.

Just to be clear, you’ve all seen the video of Joe bragging about getting the Ukrainian prosecutor general, Viktor Shokin, fired.

The democrat line is that there is evidence that this particular prosecutor was partial to his friends and often slow walked or declined prosecutions of certain “connected” Ukranians. He was considered corrupt by the EU and many other countries. Joe seemed to just be following the crowd as he did most of his career. Putting Joe Biden in charge of cleaning up corruption in Ukraine was like putting Pee Wee Herman in as the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs…..he was out of his league. Joe Biden was made “point person” in Ukraine right after Russia invaded and annexed the Crimea, a sovereign part of Ukraine, in February of 2014. He was to evaluate the situation, coordinate US foreign policy there, and oversee US aid. Two months after that appointment, in April of 2014, a company you will hear a lot about, Burisma, placed Hunter Biden and Devon Archer onto its board. They were each paid a million dollars a year.

Burisma Holdings is an oil and gas company, one of the largest in Ukraine. It is a conglomerate with many subsidiaries, and even though its a Ukrainian company, it is registered in Cyprus. Its sales are undisclosed, but estimated to be in the $4-500 million/year range. As an aside, it does most of its business in Ukraine, but also has holdings and sales in Kazakhstan. This made me think about the 5 part series I did on corruption in Kazakhstan, second only to Ukraine in the levels of corruption. Burisma operates very much like the companies in that country. You can read that series here. Burisma is owned by a Ukrainian Oligarch named Mykola Zlochevsky.

Zlochevsky formed Burisma in 2002. While owning Burisma he became Minister of ecology and natural resources in 2010. Unlike in our political process, there is no divesting of personal holdings while working in the government. So it is alleged that while serving as the minister of natural resources and running Burisma, he illegally transferred exploration licenses to Burisma. When Yanukovych was ousted in 2014, Zlochevsky also fled the country, believed to be living in Monaco. Since that time, investigations into Zlochevsky and Burisma have been on again off again, depending on who was investigating the disappearance of Ukrainian money. In Ukraine, money can buy a lot of silence. This was the backdrop to the 2014 Hunter Biden position.

Enter Rudy Giuliani.

Rudy Giuliani has made a big deal of this firing and the video below is of Giuliani interviewing the prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. This clip I cut from the longer pod cast, is the beginning salvo from Giuliani to reveal the truth. I have to admit that I’m not a Giuliani fan and he’s a little over the top on some of his assertions. But you can at least judge for yourself Shokin’s credibility by watching the 25 minute video. For those of you that don’t here are the highlights. Giuliani asserts that Shokin is not corrupt, that he has never been accused or convicted of anything illegal….hasn’t even ever been in court charged with anything….squeaky clean! I could just shut up know, but I doubt very seriously that there are any individuals in Ukraine that are squeaky clean. However, for me the highlight of the video is a document he obtained that came from Latvia. The document alerts Ukrainian prosecutors of a suspected money laundering scheme taking place. Burisma had diverted $14 million from a Latvian bank to several shell companies, eventually finding its way to Cyprus, then distributed as “board member expenses”. The document names at least 5 board members, including Biden and Archer. the document also lays out individual payments to those board members, ranging from $300,000 to $1.2 million…..all except Biden and Archer. Giuliani asserts that when he asked why, he was told that the US embassy instructed the Latvian government to leave those amounts out. Its to yet to be seen if any of it is true……but any sane individual can only conclude that whatever is going on there with the Bidens is worth further investigation by somebody that’s honest.

Hunter Biden is another whole story…..his whole career was about lying, cheating, stealing, addiction, womanizing and conning anyone that could be conned. He used his father’s position to leverage others to give him money, money he soon spent or lost. A poor, unredeemed, lost sole. James and Hunter are the people they make movies about. Always looking for the next score…the next big deal….another get rich quick scheme, that in the end, never comes. I think looking at the Bidens, however, is looking in the wrong direction for corruption. The corruption in Ukraine is systemic and lots of Americans are involved. In part 2 of this story I will cover how I think the money is moving from your wallet to wealthy elite bank accounts and how the corruption in Ukraine affected the 2016 election.

After spending weeks learning about Ukraine and writing the blog above, new information came out today. (February 7th, 2020) Glenn Beck reported, in his fourth installment on Ukraine, what he thinks is really going on. Its earth shattering. WAR! All these dweebs in our government are funding and conducting an actual hot war with Russia, using Ukraine as a proxy. All without any knowledge of the Congress….at least none that we’re told of. Seems like war with Russia would be something they might want to mention…..just another example of our CIA and State Deparment conducting their own foreign policy. Trump actually wants to stop this crap….so he’s gotta go. So watch Glenn’s video…its crammed with information. I’ll still be reporting on the document I found at a later date….when I have digested it.

Why we will never know the truth

Its been months since I last posted. In those months I have reflected over and over on everything I have learned about our government and how it operates. Also in those months I have been reading and watching as the cover-up unfolds. Make no mistake, there was/is a plan to make what they are doing to Donald Trump all go away. It would seem the cover-up began sometime before the mid-terms. It was always clear to me, at least, that the exposure of the deep state and their clandestine activities would be a disaster for our country.

Whenever anyone that investigates government corruption and even mentions the deep state, immediately that person is accused of being some sort of conspiracy nut job. Mostly from the ill-informed left, but even the right does it. Even for me, before I engulfed myself in this, I didn’t want to believe our government would turn on its people and do the things they are doing. But they are! What I have determined is that none of this started with Trump……it just got out of hand because so much information is now available. It is now possible to look up past events and connect them to a pattern. A pattern that, in its entirety, reveal much about and why our government is behaving the way it does.

I have written about the deep state many times. Here is one post from a year ago that spells out what I knew at the time, of which, most is still relevant: The Deep State, Part 1

For 6 decades the intelligence community has always held sway over our foreign policy. Their intelligence gathering has always been the lynchpin to what controls our actions. They appear to have an agenda, to keep America safe and the top dog in the world. They sincerely believe that a few elected representatives can never grasp the complexity of world affairs, and will never know what’s right and needed to do to achieve the goal. So let me be clear: As America grew in stature and dominance, the intelligence community could justify any action, as necessary to fulfill their mission to protect America. But as time passed, more and more things were exposed. In the early days, the bay of pigs, the installation of the Shaw of Iran, the assassination of King Faisal, and the pardon of Marc Rich, these events were easily covered up by the pliant media. Any alternate explanations were quickly deemed conspiracy theories and no investigations occurred.

At some point along the way, politics entered the equation. My sense is, that as the president has gained more pre-eminence and power, one party or the other, found they could use these unusual moves by the intelligence community against the other party’s president. The congressional hearing was the tool of choice. What is so hard to discern, are those hearings that are useful and necessary and those that are purely political. I would say that almost all are political. Most members of congress are informed by staff and lobbyists way before any hearing is called for. One rule of thumb that can be used, is the degree to which these hearings are covered by the news media. The bigger the spotlight, the more political in nature they are. So what is meant by “political”? It means the sole purpose of public hearings is to provide cover for congressman to their constituents. Decisions are always made before hearings are ever held. The hearing is simply a political platform for members of congress. Just think about all the hearings that have been held in the last 8-10 years? Each time, we are told that, finally, the truth will be revealed and action will be taken. Has anything happened to anybody as a result of congressional hearings? Has anyone been held accountable? It’s all a Kabuki theater to make the public believe something is being done…..but you see, nothing really is being done.

It is also important to point out that even in government, there are a few true believers. Those that really try hard to make a difference, but soon learn, unless they play by the establishment rules, their time in congress will be short-lived and they might even be forced from office. The intelligence community knows everything about these people, that there is to know. From their childhood through school and career. What American can say in their entire life, there is not a blemish on that life that they are ashamed of? Even if they think no one knows about it, the intelligence community knows…..it is their business.

Like I already said, the intelligence community has a long history of manipulating world and domestic affairs to achieve a perceived outcome. In 1960, the CIA concocted a plan to invade Cuba. I won’t give you the details, you can read about it here. It was refered to as “The Bay of Pigs”. The plan was concocted during the Eisenhower administration, then authorized by Kennedy as he came into office. It was just one high-profile example of CIA involvement in clandestine military operations 60 years ago. But there’s another fact from the Bay of Pigs episode that is, now, widely known. President Kennedy refused to send reinforcing air power, when the assault on Cuba ran into sharp resistance. You can imagine how this sat with the CIA. It is also a fact that shortly after the Bay of Pigs, our involvement in Vietnam began. Kennedy agreed to increasing the number of South Vietnamese troops by 20,000 and to send 1000 US military “advisors” to South Vietnam. It is important to understand that the mindset of the American military in 1961 was to stop communism from spreading. Kennedy became convinced that the South Vietnamese needed our help. But Kennedy was no war monger and was worried of being bogged down there as he was told by Charles DeGaul of France. Even though Kennedy continued to increase the advisor amount, he ordered the American force to not participate in combat. By 1963, the war for South Vietnam was already going badly, and the CIA assassinated the South Vietnam president. Three weeks later, Kennedy was assassinated. I’m not immune to what most will say….that its just another conspiracy theory. But it’s not. I only bring these things to your attention to help you see the CIA and our intelligence community for who they are. This is hard stuff to know and even harder to believe….but the CIA believes in what they are doing and will do anything to accomplish their stated goals…….anything! There are literally thousands of examples of CIA and IC (Intelligence Community) involvement in foreign lands, this is no secret and possibly not even illegal. I’ve stumbled on many stories myself. I wish I knew just how many CIA and other intelligence officers there are. It’s classified for sure, but its got to be in the tens of thousands. They’re everywhere, and even when they retire, they are still considered an asset. What is not widely known, is, how they participate in politics. Make no mistake, they are very involved. They need authorization from congressional committees, agency secretaries, ambassadors, and yes, the president, to do things that could make headlines. That said, many of the things they do, that may not make headlines, get very little external scrutiny.

The wildcard in all the cases I could write about that the CIA has undertaken, is the corruption that it has brought. When the government is working outside the law and the constitution, which they do on a daily basis, there will always be those that will take the opportunity to get rich and gain more power. This is human nature. As the CIA took on a larger and larger role in American policy and actions, corruption became rampant. Rampant to the point that keeping the actions secret became harder and harder.

Then came Watergate. This was different. This wasn’t about a clandestine action or paramilitary operation, this was about foreign policy. Nixon promised to end the war in Vietnam. Nixon normalized relations with China, and laid the way to the SALT 1 treaty with Russia, that led to further nuclear disarmament. We all believe Nixon was a crook, and a bad president, but could there be another explanation? The next case is the Iran Contra scandal…..weapons for hostages! Was that really what it was about or yet another attempt to remove a republican president? The Marc Rich pardon was an episode that today is virtually unknown, but trust me, it was more of the same. Marc Rich was an important CIA asset and was used by them to illegally break US economic sanctions on bad international players. Sanctions by the US congress and/or the president often get in the way of CIA operations. The CIA deems what Marc Rich and others did, was necessary to conduct the “proper” US foreign policy. Law and the constitution be damned.

I want to make something perfectly clear for all my critics. They have called me all sorts of things including crazy, extremist, hard right, and very often a conspiracy nut job. It is those that refuse to believe that our intelligence community believes they have a higher calling….one to protect America, keep America strong, and keep the world safe from global threats. This is no small task and very complex to achieve. As worthy and important as their mission is, it is the corruption that invariably takes place that brings so much scrutiny. Make no mistake, in order to conduct their mission, the Intelligence community MUST do things that are illegal. I think they tend to rationalize this behavior as necessary and something an uninformed electorate and their representatives cannot grasp. And it is a complex world with many, many bad actors. The IC believes in what they do, and should possibly keep doing most of it. Certainly more transparency would have to come with lengthy explanations of why, how, and who they are working with, which, certainly would be met with disdain by the public. This is why things are classified and kept from the public. why we will never know for sure what they are doing, and why the deep state can never be exposed.

Another aspect of CIA activity is their placement of operatives, not only in all government agencies, but in Corporate America, as well. Recently I wrote about Fletcher Prouty, a 1980s whistle-blower, that wrote a book called “Secret Team”, which exposed the CIA’s placement of operatives into all agencies of government, including congress. But running government is not enough. They now are entering corporate America in a big way. In August of 2018, there was a story about 60 ex-CIA officials that signed a letter to Trump, expressing their displeasure that Trump had revoked John Brennan’s security clearance. I took that list and searched the first 7 on the list, just to see what, if anything, they were doing now. All 7 were now in corporate America.

I’m sure I could have went down the entire list and everyone of them is now working in the private sector. But of course, one would say, why wouldn’t they do something after retiring. OK, that’s fair, but the CIA also has a policy to allow all their employees to work in the private sector while they are working at the CIA. Here’s an excerpt from an article in the Telegraph:

Officials said the policy was needed to stop top CIA officers from leaving the spy agency, where the millions spent on their training can help command very high salaries………

Details of the policy appear in Broker, Trader, Lawyer, Spy: The Secret World of Corporate Espionage by Eamon Javers.

Officials said that the out-of-hours work did not compromise national security and was only allowed once CIA officers had submitted full details of the work and been granted permission.

It is not known how long the policy has been in place or how many CIA officers work for outside organisations.

The policy is an indication of the attractiveness of CIA techniques

This doesn’t even speak to the countless ex-CIA I found working at Teneo, and many foundations and non-profits all over the world. Judging from what I found, I can confidently say that there must be thousands of current and former CIA employees in Corporate America. It all reminds me of an episode of Law and Order, where one undercover cop posed as an anti-war activist while another undercover FBI agent posed as a member of the Black Panthers in the 60s. One shot the other, neither knew who the other really was.

With the advent of the information age, there is no doubt that human intelligence is still vital to national security. But adding that political piece to the mix is extremely dangerous and only further enhances public distrust of the Intelligence Community. Can anyone deny the bias that was exposed at these agencies during the past year? Have they not done everything to obfuscate, deny, delay, and ignore congress?

So why do I work so hard to expose the deep state? Because of what I know. They have crossed the line many times…..Today I was trying to learn about CIA involvement in Morocco, in the context of Carter Page.

Although no information was available, Carter Page did work in Morocco as an intelligence officer while in the Navy, at the time Bill Clinton, as president, traveled there for the funeral of the king. During that search, however, there were plenty of stories about the work of the CIA in that country. An opposition leader was reportedly assassinated by the CIA and many stories disclosing the use of Moroccan prisons as places of torture while CIA operators were involved in the interrogation……all washed away in history, and tacitly accepted as necessary for “security”. But what they have and are doing to Trump is a bridge too far. They have staged an arguably provable coup against a legitimately elected American president. This is no joke, and is still happening as I write. you can read what I wrote about it here. The witch hunt of the Mueller investigation is a travesty. It has been used to “create” evidence of a crime where none exists. This is far different from “finding” evidence of a crime. I believe this investigation has been purposely extended beyond the 2018 midterms in order to assure the democrats would shut down the republican inquiries and begin political investigations into everything Trump. But Ken, you say, we still have the senate and Lindsey Graham will be in charge of the senate judiciary committee. Do you not know who’s pocket Lindsey Graham is in? Graham is a neocon, a hawk, and totally in bed with the CIA and the defense industry. This will end all possible exposure of the coup attempt and begin a political process to have Trump removed by impeachment, or resignation. Again, you say, impeachment can’t happen, we have the senate. Mark my words, it would only take 19 republican senators to go along. So what if the CIA provided information, true or not, that Trump said or did something that would jeopardize national security or conducted financial transactions with some unsavory terrorist types….whatever. All it would have to be is plausible to those 19 senators and give them cover to vote for impeachment. Believe me, the CIA can put pressure on enough senators to get their vote. If none of it works, he certainly will lose in 2020. The Intelligence Community now, I believe, has taken control over the election process, at least at the national level. They will, never again, allow a person, not of their choice, to become president.

So what’s the bottom line here? If you have read my previous work, you’ll know that I’ve said consistently that we are in a battle between Nationalism and Globalism. The battles have been going on for 60 years, but since the inception of the Tea Party, some Americans have determined they don’t want Globalism and began to fight back….with information. The battle today, is for that information. I can assure you that we are using a Glock 9, while the other side uses ICBMs topped with thousands of nuclear warheads……we are out of our league. We are losing badly and we are all afraid to take the next step. All I can do is keep writing and all you can do is keep sharing and commenting. Keep fighting, my friends.

A Final Appeal

Why all those that voted for Trump and more MUST vote for the republicans.

This won’t be my usual post.

As many of you know I do a lot of research. I report what I find and offer conclusions based on those findings. This report is more of a look at the big picture based on all the research I’ve done, my vast experience of following politics, and the changes I’ve seen over the last 40 years. Yes, its true, things have changed dramatically over the last 40 years. We can access more information than ever before. We should be so much more informed than we are. News has become front and center to life and now has permeated our culture. 40 years ago, news consisted of two, half hour programs a day….one local, one national….repeated at 11 pm. There was also one or two local papers….mostly used for the coupons contained within them. No one in my circle ever even thought to subscribe to the NYT or the WSJ, those were for the elite business types from New York and Washington. Today, news is 24/7 on at least 6 major cable stations, the three networks are still alive and well, and the NYT, WSJ, WaPo, LA Times, and many others have websites that reach millions. Then there’s the addition of talk radio, and a gazillion news oriented websites. All leading to a bevy of sources that offer news, and commentary on that news, for every varying ideology. No matter how much we try to deny it, most of us live in our own echo chambers and listen to, or read, only the sources that agree with our preconceived world view.

So what does any of that have to do with the election of 2018? Everything! Because we live in echo chambers, we are extremely divided in what we know and what we think we know. I have written dozens and dozens of reports, exposing corruption. But not only hasn’t anyone on the left read them….they refuse to read them. The voices in their echo chamber will not allow them to even consider what we have to say. So at this point, any partisan observer would say the right does the same thing. There is no equivalence! Conservatives want more speech, more debate over ideas, and more freedom. The left leaning media refuses to debate ideas, rather find victimhood in every action and idea put forward. But I’m not here to criticize the left or its media. I want to appeal to democrats that still believe in America and are puzzled by what they see happening to their party.

At the top of this page, I posted a video of an ANTIFA protest. These folks are not protestors…..they are young people, organized, and funded by interests that would destroy America……they are anarchists. Democrats should be concerned.

Black Lives Matter is another radical anarchist group that wants change in America. The name and original intent was laudable. It changed! Their “protests” became about killing cops and ending law enforcement…in other words….reaping havoc on America. Democrats should be concerned.

Then there’s the remnants of Indivisible and the Occupy movement. Protesting every policy to secure our borders, vet refugees, round-up gangs, or support law enforcement. Democrats should be concerned.

And what about the noble “Me-Too” movement. For sure, this was an important initiative by women to bring awareness to sexual assault and sexual harassment. But it soon manifested itself into a disregard for the bedrock principles of innocent until proven guilty and the presumption of innocence. Democrats should be concerned.

This was never more on display than in the Kavanaugh hearings. An accusation was made, and we were all supposed to just believe the accusation, without proof, and allow a good man to be destroyed. Barely considering his record, all that was heard everyday in the left echo chamber was that Kavanaugh would end abortion and support corporations. I get that the left doesn’t agree that the constitution should be interpreted as written. For decades they have used the courts to make the changes to our country that couldn’t be passed by congress……like it or not, that’s not how it’s supposed to work.

As if feeding off the anarchy of these radical Marxist groups, the democrat leaders encouraged the violence:

The so-called “protestors”, encouraged by democrat leaders, became harassers and terrorizers. Civil discourse on policy has been thrown out the window along with any pretense of debate, replaced with violence and physical confrontation

I only show you all this because there is nothing from the right that comes close to duplicating what is coming from the left. The right has been silenced, shut down, beaten, verbally and physically abused, and harassed…..but we are not victims. We continue to fight everyday for policies that will make America great again. But let me say that I am no fan of the republican party. The parties have become so corrupt, that neither serve the people…..they serve only the special interests. The republican electorate was poised to eliminate the corruption within its own ranks. But then the democrat party went off the rails. The parties have manipulated the entire process.

I am vehemently opposed to the republican party. But what choice do we have? The republican party has been pulled kicking and screaming to make the changes needed to return America to prosperity. Half the republican politicians in congress still oppose those changes. We need to give those that support the Trump agenda the help they need to continue the success achieved so far. Democrats and Independents that supported Trump, now must support congressional republicans. The democrat party has been infiltrated with virulent radicals and communists seeking to destroy our very country in favor of anarchy and socialism. I know there are many, many millions of democrats and independents who see what I see. You voted for Trump. But now America needs you again! Please do not return democrats to power. As distasteful as it might be, we must allow republicans to maintain their control for now and continue the job that has been started. There is no doubt that we will have to drag them over the finish line….but we can do it….with your help. Send a message to the democrat party, that Americans do not want communism, socialism or anarchy….we want prosperity and more freedom from government. Please, please, please……if you care about your country, about your future…..then help our president by voting for those that will support his policies….. vote republicans into the congress on November 6th.

“FOCAL POINT”

Old evidence as to how the deep state began and how it went wrong

For several years I have been writing about government corruption. Lately, however, I have written several pieces illuminating what I believe to be a coup taking place within the ranks of our intelligence community. To date I have uncovered many facts that point directly to it. In my piece “Who is Carter Page” and the following piece, “Who is Carter Page…Update”, I provide court documents that showed Carter Page actually worked for the FBI. I also followed the trails of Richard Burt, Stefan Halper, and others that had close ties to the CIA in “What Does A Coup Look Like” I can’t regurgitate all that here, you’ll have to go to the links to read what I discovered. The following information is predicated on the work mentioned above. If you have read this work then what you read here will make sense, if not I suggest you read that work first.

I think I have found a little bit of history, that may explain exactly how our CIA has gotten so powerful and, might I say, out of control. I found a 6 hour audio interview of an Air Force colonel named Fletcher Prouty. In 1989 he wrote a book titled “Secret Team”. In that book he revealed how he created a special program called the Tab 6 Organization, or “FOCAL POINT”. I would never expect you to sit through 6 hours of audio so I clipped out a 16 minute section that highlights a lot of what I want you to know. I hope you will listen to it before going on.

I will attempt to summarize more of it in this blog. But if you’d like to listen to the whole thing you can do that here. It’s in 4 parts, the link is to the first part, you should be able to find the others on Youtube.

Colonel Prouty served in the US Army Air Core beginning in 1941. He became a pilot and wound up in the newly formed US Airforce in 1947, where he became a colonel. He served years working with the also newly created CIA. In the interview he outlines at length, the history of the clandestine service, the necessity of such an organization, and especially the funding. To be as objective as possible, during his time in the spotlight, he was roundly criticized for what he revealed in his book, “Secret Team”. Congress conducted an investigation and their findings cleared the CIA of Prouty’s charges. However, Prouty was never reprimanded, charged with anything, or discharged. In fact he retired from the Airforce in 1964, months after receiving a medal of services from the joint chiefs. I note this because for months, this is what I concluded will happen with the investigations into the corruption within the DOJ, FBI, and Intelligence Community. They are just too powerful to be taken down. They will find a way to make it all go away. Prouty died in 2001.

Something I have stumbled across many times in my research, is just how all the money moves, where it comes from, and how its spent. I found that there is no published budget available, and this audio confirms that there is no accounting of where the money goes or where it comes from. Confirming what the colonel discussed, I could find a budget number for the IC but no other details. Overseas contingency Operations

The 2018 federal budget contains $73 billion for “national intelligence”. I did find something that may be related. When I was preparing for a speech I gave last year, I found that in the defense budget, there is a line item labeled “Overseas Contingency Operations” amounting to another $19 billion. I could find no information detailing what this money was for, but it continues to escalate, since it entered the budget in 2010. From this information, and what colonel Prouty has described, we can at least see there is a lot of money at stake, and not much detail as to how it is spent, confirming that there is no accounting, almost no oversight, and that it is up to a few unknown individuals as to just what that money is buying.

When I started this blog in 2016, I began to chronicle the corruption of the Clinton Foundation. It wasn’t long before I began to talk like a conspiracy guy, when I wrote that I believed the Foundation had strong ties to the CIA, and that its consulting firm Teneo, allowed the CIA to operate in plain sight all over the world. Even I thought I was crazy. But in that research, I saw that a scheme had been created to allow foreign “donations” to enter the Foundation through its Canadian arm called the CGEP. These donations, by Canadian law, are totally undisclosed. The CGEP can then donate in bundle form to the Clinton Foundation. This money, then, is used in countries all over the world in ways that are not fully understood. To be sure the Foundation has had problems with its reporting, with its tax returns, and with the countless accusations of theft and fraud from many sources. Is there a connection between the Foundation and the operations of the CIA? Are the donations by Saudi Arabia, Oman, the Emirates, and Bahrain, to the tune of hundreds of millions used by the CIA for operations in Yemen, Somalia, Libya, and throughout the middle east? Are our hands as clean as we are led to believe? With what colonel Prouty has outlined, I doubt that anyone can ever know. But what I take away from all the circumstantial information is an organization doing what it thinks it should do for America and the world….while desperately trying to keep an illegal and unconstitutional operation from being exposed…..or stopped! It also gives credence to the idea that the people who countenance and support these actions want no part of an outsider coming in to office and upsetting what they have built over decades. Trump is a threat to all of it….a threat like they’ve never encountered.

Just why is this audio interview important to what we are seeing in the Trump investigation on Russian interference? In my work “What Does A Coup Look Like” I chronicle the actions of two American “politicos”….Richard Burt and Stefan Halper. These two inserted themselves into the campaign months before any investigation had been reported as having begun. Why? As I wrote then:

“So let’s take a look at just who this Stefan Halper is. He has a long career, going back to the Nixon White House. He served as assistant chief of staff for the Chiefs of staff, Alexander Haig, Donald Rumsfeld, and Dick Cheney, but more important to this story was his involvement in a CIA operation to provide information to the Carter Administration on the Reagan campaign.”

Now put Halper in the context of the Prouty recording. Who might Halper actually be working for?

Or what about Richard Burt? He worked under George Bush Sr. Before Bush was president, he was CIA director. From a Politico story speaking of Carter Page’s entry onto the campaign:

“One way to answer the question was to figure out how he even got on that list to begin with. One source suggested to me that Richard Burt, former U.S. ambassador to Germany, START treaty negotiator, and longtime lobbyist for Alfa Bank, was the nexus. It was Burt who helped draft Trump’s foreign policy speech in April, and had been advising the Trump campaign, via Senator Jeff Sessions, on foreign policy.”

And then there’s Carter Page. I outlined a strong case that Page was, indeed working for the FBI. You can read that case in the link above.

Let’s add another crumb to the story. Who is “Professor” Josef Mifsud?

A Maltese academic that has some very strange credentials. In an article by Margot Cleveland, in “The Federalist” she discusses the strange case of Josef Mifsud. She begins the article with this:

“What if Donald Trump is wrong? What if the Russia collusion investigation isn’t a witch hunt? What if it was a set-up—from the get-go?”

What about Alexander Downer, the Australian diplomat that supposedly was “just trying to help” when he reported his conversation with Papadopolous to the FBI, which is what the FBI told us prompted the investigation. If this is what prompted the investigation, why were these operatives baiting Papodopolous months before the investigation began?

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention two other things I have written about that come into better focus when placed in the context of Colonel Prouty’s interview. During last year’s Charlottesville tragedy, it just so happened that the entire crash and killing of a counter-protestor and the injuring of 19 others by a “crazed white supremacist”, was videoed by a man named Brennan Gilmore. His video was aired within minutes of the tragedy, by CNN, MSNBC, CBS, and all the usual suspects. What are the chances that Mr. Gilmore was an operative of the Intelligence Community. Here’s what I wrote then:

“The one man who actually was literally in the right place at the right time recording the crash, the car, and its escape, in Charlottesville became an instant media darling at CNN. The day he made the video of the crash, it had barely been uploaded on social media, when CNN found him and interviewed him immediately after the crash. But that’s not the coincidence. His name was Brennan Gilmore. He was the Chief operations officer in the Central African Republic (CAR) in 2012, for the CIA. He was there during a bloody war pitting Christians against Muslims. We were on the Muslim’s side….we lost and Gilmore had to leave the CAR. He also worked for the failed democrat candidate for governor of Virginia, in 2016, Tom Pereillo. Not highly unusual that a CIA operative works for a campaign….no!…not at all! But the campaign did receive $375,000 from George Soros. That’s kind of strange. But it sure seems odd that a CIA agent finds himself in Charlottesville on the day that a violent clash occurs between white nationalists and ANTIFA, and just happens to be in the one spot where he can film it all, and immediately get on CNN, and another CIA agent is there to speak.”

One has to ask the question….was that part of the plan as well, to discredit Trump? Was the entire crash, mayhem, and subsequent non-stop media coverage, orchestrated by Brennan and the CIA in “collusion” with the DNC? You can see Gilmore’s account here in a video from MSNBC

Then there’s the worst mass shooting in American history in Las Vegas by a shooter, that more than a year later, we still have not been told what motivated this ugly act of senseless violence. But I can tell you, Stephen Paddock, the shooter, owned a plane that he never registered a flight plan for the entire three years he owned it.

The identifying tail number was not listed in FAA files, and the number on the tail was listed in FAA records as a completely different aircraft. In Prouty’s interview, he reveals how the FOCAL POINT at the FAA was there many years, and rose to a top manager of the agency. Prouty even discusses that he believes that the assassination of JFK was a silent coup by the CIA, conducted for the sole purpose of stopping Kennedy from taking control of the CIA who had gone rogue in the Bay of Pigs episode. I for one, and none of you, want to ever believe our own CIA would do such things. It would go against everything we love about our country. But the evidence that the deep state exists and that the CIA is running the show is simply overwhelming.

I want to close by saying that so far…..nothing I have reported or have written has been yet disproved. To the contrary, each new story that comes out amplifies my findings. The CIA is in this up to their necks. They have operatives throughout government working for this, now, rogue agency. Do Brennan, Clapper, Comey, and their cohorts act like they want to preserve our democracy….save the nation from Trump, or rather, do they act like they are covering up something dark? You’ll have to judge for yourself. Only time will tell whether the people will be freed from this “Deep State”, or the Deep State will succeed in its efforts to keep it all secret and continuing, by sacrificing a few lambs to the slaughter.

Nuance! The Case for the Defense of the Constitution

Are democrats and republicans as different as we perceive or is it the way we understand our rights?

Over many years, I have heard something from my liberal friends that I had always merely glossed over. What they told me was that, even though they could appreciate my arguments, they found it odd that the same arguments were coming from liberals. Not so much in the content of an issue, but in the sentiment and attitude. For example, when I make the argument that conservatives love their country and respect the constitution they say their friends say the same exact thing. When I argue that conservatives believe in the rule of law and support our law enforcement….they say…..same here! When the case is made to support our military and ensure equal opportunity for all…..they retort that they hear that from all their friends. So even though I blew it off as “yeah, right”, I’ve heard it from so many, I stopped to ponder how this could be? Could liberals actually believe those things? Are we more the same than different? After much introspection, I concluded there is a nuanced difference in the way we understand the constitution. After all, American culture is integrated into the constitution. If culture is to change, then the constitution has to change. Which brings me to the understanding of rights. Before the constitution was written, rights were a second thought. Almost everyone understood that they had certain rights that they…well…..just had! Natural rights….rights from God…..from birth….just being alive came with rights. The right to live…..the right to breathe air….to defend that life….to work for a living….to have a family…and to respect those things in other people. When the founders sat down to write a constitution, many took for granted that these and other natural rights would always be respected. But there was a smaller group of founders that were mistrusting of any government and demanded that merely enumerating the government’s power and duties wasn’t enough to stop that government from infringing on those natural rights…they demanded that those natural rights be spelled out and formally protected…those founders gave us the Bill of Rights….the first 10 amendments to the constitution:

Amendment 1 – Freedom of Religion, Speech, and the Press

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or abridging the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment 2 – The Right to Bear Arms

A well-regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Amendment 3 – The Housing of Soldiers

No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment 4 – Protection from Unreasonable Searches and Seizures

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.

Amendment 5 – Protection of Rights to Life, Liberty, and Property

No person shall be held to answer for a capital or otherwise infamous crime unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation.

Amendment 6 – Rights of Accused Persons in Criminal Cases

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

Amendment 7 – Rights in Civil Cases

In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States than according to the rules of the common law.

Amendment 8 – Excessive Bail, Fines, and Punishments Forbidden

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Amendment 9 – Other Rights Kept by the People

The enumeration in the Constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Amendment 10 – Undelegated Powers Kept by the States and the People

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

These rights were given to the people by virtue of being born….these rights came from their creator…not from government and the proper role of government is to protect those rights. In the course of protecting those rights, the states set up a government to do that, ceding that government certain powers in order to carry out that responsibility. This was called enumeration….spelling out exactly what the national government could do.

Here is the nuance…..those on the left tell me they know all that….and they respect the constitution, as we do. They also see rights the government has created as being natural rights. They’re not! For over ten decades, natural rights have been bumping into government created rights and this all came about due to interpretations of the text by the Supreme Court. Now…disclaimer…..I am no constitutional scholar, but I can read. I have read the constitution, (many times) I have read many of the federalist papers, and I have read the notes of Madison he made during the constitutional convention, as well as countless other writings and letters of the framers. When I studied scripture for 13 years I learned there were two things you had to know to make a correct interpretation of the text: What was the historic meaning of the words chosen in the original language, and what did the people of the time understand those words to mean. Interpreting the constitution demands one understand the meaning of the words selected and what did the people involved understand those words to mean. For example, we struggle constantly with the word “militia”. What it means today is irrelevant to what it was understood to mean in 1787. The court in recent decisions interpreted the word correctly when deciding what natural right was held by the people with the second amendment. But even the conservative Justice, Antonin Scalia went too far when he said it was “reasonable” to assume the government had the power to provide “some” regulation on arms. The second amendment is very clear when it says “shall not be infringed”. This means that the states could provide some regulation, but the federal government had no power to regulate arms.
So what do I mean when I say “natural rights bumping into government created rights”? The founders gave us a means to fix the constitution when the culture agreed a change was necessary. It is the amendment process and has been used 17 times beyond the Bill of Rights. But, purposely, it is a long, deliberate and tedious process, that ultimately requires the approval of 38 of the 50 state governments to become part of the constitution….a tall hurdle to be sure. I say purposeful, because the framers recognized that changes should be hard to make. The governing document should not be changed willy-nilly at the whim of activists or minority groups that feel aggrieved. In the late 1850s, America was greatly divided as we are today. Then, however, the issue was slavery not abortion or immigration. The constitution, in order to be ratified by the then existing colonies, had to accept slavery. Blacks would be codified and counted as 3/5 of a person. The country was coming to a decision that slavery was wrong and should be abandoned…..but many in the south didn’t believe that. We went to war over what then was called states rights. I bring this up, because after the civil war was fought and won by the North, an amendment to the constitution was proposed and passed to right this wrong that had been codified in the constitution The 13^th amendment was passed in 1864 and ratified in 1865. It abolished slavery. Shortly after that the 14^th and 15^th amendments were added, providing equal protection of the law to all citizens, due process to all persons within the jurisdiction of the United States, and equal voting rights.
Landscape I’m sorry I had to explain all that, but here’s why: These three amendments specifically addressed the ramifications of slavery. They corrected the constitution to provide equal protection of the rights I spoke of earlier to blacks and former slaves. That was their “intent”. But today we have 8 protected classes of Americans that, by statute, are not to be discriminated against.

They are: Age; Race; National origin; Religious beliefs; Gender; Disability; Pregnancy; and Veteran status

These statutes….laws written by congress….have been justified by the Supreme Court, using the 14^th amendment to justify their existence. But the intent of the 14^th amendment was only for race discrimination. So as harsh as it sounds the federal government has taken power where no power exists and given rights to certain groups of citizens where no natural right exists. This is how government given rights bump into natural rights. The best example is when it comes to faith and religious freedom. Religious freedom is a natural right protected by the first amendment. The government created right of a gay person to be served using the skill or talents of a person of deep religious conviction, bumps into the natural right of freedom of religion, which is to be protected by the federal government. Folks, this is unequivocal. The federal government must protect the freedom of religion…it is their duty. This is not to say that states can’t make laws that stop or promote discrimination. However those state laws cannot overshadow our natural rights. This, my friends, is called strict construction or originalism and why we need judges that understand their role. Part of originalism, is to understand that America is a republic. That means that states and individuals are sovereign, and the federal government has limited powers that are enumerated by the constitution. That means the states agreed (by ratifying the constitution) to cede certain tasks to a central government that could better be done collectively. Congress was given 18 powers, provided in article 1, section 8 of the constitution….18! Eleven of the 18 deal with national defense, the others which you can read below cover a variety of things such as taxes, money, post office, arts and sciences, and commerce. Each power is fairly specific, but again, it has come down to how those powers are interpreted by the Supreme Court. Take just one: the power to regulate commerce. This had a very different meaning in 1787 than what we think it means today. Before we were a country, individual colonies had their own rules for commerce. For example southern states shipped a lot of cotton to England, but had no ship building. They relied on Northeastern colonies to ship their cotton to England. However, for manufacturers in the Northern Colonies that could build or buy their own ships, this was not the case. So the cost to ship for southern states was always higher than for northern states. Congress was to make commerce “regular” between states. That meant shipping rates were to be “regulated” so that each state paid similar rates. Today, regulating commerce means something totally different. The commerce clause in article one has been interpreted to allow the federal government to control everything from fuel mileage to ladder safety, food safety to smoking. Nothing is out of the reach of the federal government. Absolutely not the intent of the framers or the commerce clause.
Finally, in the mix of all this, the tenth amendment has been cast aside and almost forgotten. Like most of the other first 10 amendments, it is very clear. No power not delegated to the federal government by enumeration is for the individual states to decide. This is why when the court legalized abortion, it had to find the mysterious “right to privacy” you see, because the federal government has no enumerated power to control abortion or Healthcare for that matter. The same reason John Roberts and the Supreme Court had to call the ACA mandate a tax and not a penalty. This stretching and changing the meaning of the words and intent of the framers is why we are where we are……trying desperately to get back to the original meaning of the constitution. So the nuance between right and left is the way the words are interpreted. Should the words be interpreted as the framers intended….changing them only by amendment…..or should the Supreme Court….a part of the federal government that was to be limited by the constitution….be given the power to interpret those words according to the way they believe the people would like to see them interpreted?

So its clear that what I’m saying is true and if you want to know why it matters, watch this three-minute exchange between long time congressman Pete Stark and one of his constituents. I’m sure Mr. Stark is a good and honorable American who loves his country as much as anybody….but he really believes the federal government can do anything it wants to, because they truly believe the federal government has the power to grant rights.

Article I, Section 8

The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

Republicans are in a tough spot in 2018 I have been studying politics for 40 years. I write this 10 days before the 2018 mid-term Ohio primary. There was a time when I was naïve enough to believe there was a difference between democrats and republicans…that the R and the D stood for very different ideologies. I no longer believe that. Now, there are millions out there that will say there is still a big difference, but I’m here to explain why they are wrong.

Yes, democrats and republicans display very different viewpoints on all the important issues. But that’s a role they are playing. Just like a movie script, they each have their parts to play. As in any movie, there is a plot…..a theme through the movie that culminates in a climax at the end. In American politics, the plot is complicated and convoluted. It has twists and turns and sub-plots, but the climax is the globalization of commerce. The entire script surrounds this overarching goal to get to the climax. Nothing else matters. So in order to achieve that goal, politicians play their role, maintaining a drive toward globalism. Their individual roles are to maintain a certain status quo, so the push toward globalism can continue unabated. The status quo is and must be maintained.
So what are these roles that the two parties play. In a movie script, the ending is already written. The author knows the outcome and creates characters and circumstances that get him or her to the climax. In a republic, the wild card is the voters. We must be brought along like movie goers to watch the movie and pay money to see it. The parties figured out a long time ago that if they want to maintain the status quo, they must get voters to go along with it. So congress is made up of various factions that purportedly represent the larger idealistic public groups…..the poor, the socialists, the conservatives, the libertarians, the blacks, the illegals, the Muslims, the gays…..all the groups in America that cast a vote. So, most would say: “isn’t that how it is supposed to work?” Yes…it is….but that’s merely the sub-plot to the main plot of the movie.

The main plot, is to keep commerce moving forward. Keep profits rising, keep stock prices increasing, keep resources flowing, and keep money flowing into the bank accounts of the rich and powerful. Many who read this are already saying that I’m being cynical and unrealistic, that our representatives are trying hard to solve problems, and if there was just more compromise, more bi-partisanship, more common sense, more agreement….problems could be solved. If you truly believe that, then stop reading and click to the next post…..I have nothing for you.
Since 2006, the majority in the two chambers of congress has shifted back and forth from party to party. Has it mattered? That’s the first question. What’s changed since the democrats held both chambers and the presidency? Has the government gotten smaller? Has middle class income increased? Has poverty declined? Has illegal immigration been reduced? Has there been a period since 1991 that we haven’t been at war? This my friends, is the status quo.

Every move our national government makes is to appease a subset of voters while maintaining the status quo. James Madison wrote often about his greatest fear for our republic at its founding. He and most of the founders agreed that the danger to our country was the rise of “Factions”. What were called factions in 1789 are, today, called special interests. These special interests are people or groups, that by using large sums of money, get government to pass laws or remove laws that benefit their special interest financially. This money entering government used to be called bribes, but today it is called campaign finance.
Now I don’t want to get off on a tangent discussing campaign finance laws, but it’s worth a short explanation. Since our founding, there have always been factions that contributed money to candidates. This was the American way. If a candidate believed the same thing you believed, you gave him money so he could get elected and then, hopefully, influence the government to pass laws ….or not….that were in your interest. About 30 years ago, big money interests figured out something very important to them. You see, prior to then, if a special interest wanted an ally, they found a candidate that would support their point of view. When it was a big issue, like say, domestic oil supply, illegal immigration, or national defense, those industries gave money to republicans who would champion those issues. On the other side, if a rich donor or group favored gay marriage, climate change, or more food stamps, they would give their money to democrat candidates. It just doesn’t work that way anymore. Of course there are groups and donors, like I said at the beginning that still believe that’s the way it works…..but it doesn’t.

There’s a scene in the Star Wars movie, The Clone Wars. A sea monster is chasing Qui-gon Jinn’s underwater craft. The monster is huge and scary. Just as the monster is about to eat their craft, another sea monster, three times bigger, eats the first sea monster. This is what has happened and like Star Wars, it’s all underwater and unseen. The global corporate interests have gobbled up all other interests. They provide huge amounts of cash to, not a candidate that agrees with them, or to a party that supports their interest in principle, they give and functionally support both party establishments to remain in power. The money is almost equally distributed between both parties, who then decide which candidates will be chosen…..and even which ones will win and when. This cannot be understated. The establishment of both parties, choose who will be in the congress…not you! They cultivate, nurture and then finance any campaign of any candidate that will support the status quo. No matter what the ideology of the candidate, the overarching goal is to serve the interest of the status quo and the global corporate interests. This is the very large fish, eating the smaller one. Let me be clear…..republican democrat….it no longer matters. As long as that candidate supports policies that aid global corporate interests, then they are helped.
I sense you are not convinced. You still believe that right versus left is still real, that we are fighting the left and the left is fighting us. Well, I know I will not be able to convince most, but let me use some examples. Now I could provide at least two dozen examples of what I speak….but in the interest of brevity, allow me just two. Most people have heard of Dodd-Frank. This is the bill that regulated banks after the 2008 banking crisis. Let’s be honest, all it did was limit the competition. It devastated small banks and did nothing to address the real problems in banking: Banks so large, a failure could take down the whole economy. But yet it was passed. If you’ve been paying attention, the dems are doing a pretty good job blocking most of Trump’s initiatives. If the republicans, who are characterized as being pro banking and pro business, why was this allowed to pass in the first place? The short answer is nothing passes congress if the global corporate world doesn’t want it passed. Make no mistake, the large American banks are global in nature and operate all over the world. They don’t want smaller banks interfering with their profits. So get congress to pass regulations that will curtail small banks doing that.
Then there’s the latest example that went un-noticed: the TWO-year omnibus spending bill. Forget for a minute that republicans agreed to record spending once again, while campaigning endlessly on spending less. After it was signed into law, we grumbled and yelled…..but the excuses and explanations kept coming: “we had to do it” “our military has been devastated” Even Trump said….”Had to do it……but I won’t do it again” Bottom line….another record amount of spending on crap! But…..but….that’s not the point. Why two years? Whether you know it or not, the budget process is complicated. Probably for a reason. Each year, during the budget process, the congress has the opportunity to use reconciliation. This is a budget tool that allows spending decisions to pass with 51 votes. You may remember it was used during the ACA debate in 2017, and how the republicans were grossly embarrassed and ridiculed when they couldn’t repeal the ACA. You see, having the majority in both chambers does bring with it a certain amount of power to change things. When things don’t change, and the status quo continues, you have to ask yourself, why is that. Because that’s the way the global corporate interests want it….FACTIONS! reconciliation can only be used once in a budget process, by senate rule. By passing the budget for two years, they will not be able to use reconciliation in 2019, which will take them all the way to the next presidential election in 2020 without having to take any action on the ACA or any other important budget issue.
Trust me that this is only two small examples. The same kind of things have happened with:

The border wall

Chain Migration

The ACA (Obamacare)

Education Reform

Medicaid Expansion

Infrastructure spending

Entitlement reform And more

All these things further the globalist, status quo agenda.
Everything that happens in congress is because that’s the way it’s supposed to work. Their job is to maintain the status quo so global commerce can continue unabated. A huge indication confirming what I’m saying is what we perceive as corruption with an endless supply of investigations that lead to nothing. All to make us believe that justice is right around the corner….then another squirrel runs across the yard and our attention is diverted. They understand us better than we understand ourselves. We have jobs, grandkids, activities, plenty of entertainment…..a short attention span, little political knowledge, and no desire to truly fight back….you know….with guns! So we reluctantly go along….griping and complaining….but not doing anything to change it. But what can we do?
This is why republicans are in a tough spot in 2018. You see the role of the democrats is to march lockstep against everything and anything conservative. The role of the republicans, by being in the majority, is to block those conservative issues that interfere in global commerce. The republicans are purposely divided into sub-groups. There is the libertarian wing, the Freedom Caucus, and the larger Tuesday Group. Each of these divisions serves a purpose. If something is too conservative, like say defunding Planned Parenthood, then a few members from the Tuesday Group can vote with the democrats to stop it. If a bill proposes increasing spending on say the Export/Import Bank a few from the Freedom Caucus can block it. Whenever you look closely at any issue, you have to ask yourself how does this further a global agenda, how does it maintain the status quo, and what special interest is served.

Let’s use immigration as an example. First, you have to ask yourself why we have the laws we do. Are we just stuck with the laws we have? Can’t congress simply pass new laws or remove old ones that are ineffective? Take the Asylum laws. The second a foreign person places one foot onto our soil, that person becomes covered by provisions of the 14^th amendment, that starts out with: “nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” This means, when someone steps over the border, they must receive “due process”. This is what stops any president or border patrol guard from simply stopping illegal crossers by sending them back. Once they are detained at the border, or anywhere in the country, they are entitled to a hearing by a court in order to determine their status. Its called “catch and release”. Once caught, their information is taken, they are given a summons, and they are let go into America. They are supposed to show up at that hearing. 87% never show up. They become illegal immigrants. I realize I digressed a bit….but can’t this be changed? Isn’t it in America’s interest to stop them coming here illegally? Over and over again, study after study, has shown the costs of having so many poor, unskilled, and uneducated immigrants entering the country illegally. I won’t dwell on all those costs, suffice it to say, they are in the tens of billions of dollars, at least. I want to focus on why it’s the way it is. Congress has the ability to fix it, either with legislation or a proposed change to the 14^th amendment….the congress has complete power over this. But you see, illegal immigration is part of the status quo. It serves the interests of democrats by creating potential voters, it serves the interests of certain industries by providing low wage workers. It also depresses wages and costs for some employers, which increases profits. It, then, keeps all wages lower for businesses. It even has the potential for increasing population in certain states like California, which can add seats to its congressional delegation. These things are part of the status quo. Make no mistake, the congress could address this tomorrow with new legislation or changes to the 14^th amendment…but they don’t, and won’t. I was stunned when I was doing campaign finance research a few years ago on two Utah congressmen. One was a democrat and one was a republican. I was stunned when I found tens of thousands of dollars in contributions from several mid-western landscaping companies and from the trade association from the landscaping industry. Both congressmen also received 5 figure contributions from LaRaza, an immigration activist organization. Well, with further study, I found both congressmen voted for the latest version of an amnesty bill without any border security measures. This, my friends, is repeated in every industry in America….money buys votes to further the interests of a few, while ignoring the interests of the American people.

As long as we had a series of presidents that went along with the status quo, all was well. From 1988 until 2016….28 years….we’ve had presidents that supported this status quo. Not one single problem was solved, as America was drawn into the globalist agenda. In 2016 Trump was elected. A populist/nationalist that believed the status quo had to change. Is it any wonder then, that an entrenched bureaucracy and a globalist establishment wanted to stop Trump’s election and then try to have him removed when he did get elected? Now that the thrust of their plan has been thwarted by the relentlessness of a few journalists and a very select few in congress, there is a new plan. That plan is to lose the House of representatives. This will do several things to maintain the status quo. First and foremost, Trump will become virtually neutered. Not one more part of his agenda will come to the floor for a vote. If it does, it will be defeated. It will also allow the dems to bring impeachment proceedings, which would be stymied in the senate, but it would bring months and months of distraction and wasted time, once again distracting the American people with, yet, another long investigation. It would also end most of the heat on the democrat party, as all congressional hearings would be stopped and new ones started on everything Trump.
Finally, republicans are in a tough spot because they will be asked to vote for candidates that fall far below their expectations for a representative. Judging from the Connor Lamb victory in PA, they may even like what they hear from the democrat. And of course, there are a lot of us out hear that understand just how alike the two parties are and simply can’t stomach voting for another RINO. But we have to! We not only have to vote for the RINO, we have to show up in large numbers. We cannot allow the congressional chambers to be split. That will stop any possible progress. We have to force the republicans to take responsibility for the country. Split chambers will give them another excuse to accomplish nothing. As long as we hold both chambers, corruption will continue to be exposed by such heroes as Devin Nunez, Jim Jordan, and Bob Goodlatte. The more corruption that gets exposed, the better chance we have for republicans to be held accountable. I don’t know if I convinced anybody, but I know if the House falls because we stayed home, or voted for some lying democrat, then America will stop the progress that Trump has started and we will return, forcefully, to the status quo. Get out and vote in November.

Why we shouldn’t attack Syria

Convergence is when a certain set of actions created and performed by various interests influence an event at the same time, in the same place. That’s what’s going on in Syria.

While this story is unfolding, I wanted to explain why I believe it would be a mistake to take any action in response to chemical weapons being used there.

What are the interests converging in Syria, and how are they influencing events in Syria? The first is the genetically chosen leader of Syria, Bashar Al Assad. Assad has been the dictator of Syria since 2000. Prior to his accent to that post, his father Hafez Al Assad seized power in a coup from radicals in 1971. Since that time Assad has been a strongman, opposed to the Jewish state and an enemy of the West. This aligned Assad and Syria with the old Soviet Union and now Russia. The Assads are Alawites….a sect of Shia Islam. The Assads have ruled Syria for close to 50 years and for the bulk of those years; have had a stable government and country. Not until the rise of ISIS did the civil war bring chaos to Syria. ISIS is radical Sunni Islam, and a violent enemy of Assad. I might ad, that as most of you know Shia and Sunni have been fighting with each other for 1300 years.

The second interest in this convergence is ISIS. ISIS began in Iraq when the US, under Obama, pulled its forces out. This led to ISIS growing rapidly when many ex-Iraq military joined ISIS. ISIS flooded into Iraq and claimed huge swaths of Iraq. ISIS then joined the anti-Assad militants now trying to defeat the Assad government. Assad and ISIS were in direct conflict militarily. Assad began to lose territory. This brought the third interest into Syria….the Russian military.

So the third interest is Russia. Russia aligns with Syria for one reason…to counter American interests. Syria has a coast on the Mediterranean Sea. This coast provides a port for access to the European southern coast. Russia desires this access. Also, Syria is a natural pipeline route from the Gulf to Europe. Something Russia will not accept.

The next interest in Syria is from Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. The Saudis have been trying to create a direct pipeline to Europe for many years. It has to traverse Syria, and Assad has prevented that for decades. His alliance with Russia is the reason. Russia provides, through its own pipelines, much of the gas and oil to Europe and does not want that challenged.

Then there’s America and the CIA. This interest is not well understood by the American people. They have helped the Saudis for years to create an insurgency within Syria. They too, want Assad overthrown and have worked feverishly to make that happen. In fact in 2011, when the civil war began, America aided the new insurgency. This is when ISIS saw its chance. It opened a second front in Iraq, in Eastern Syria and began to fight Assad forces. America saw to it ISIS had the weapons needed to accomplish the mission. Once Russia joined the fray, things got a lot more complicated. It became a proxy war between the US and Russia.

A minor player is the FSA (Free Syrian Army). They are the true insurgents fighting Assad, from the beginning. We support the FSA.

Israel also has a stake in the conflict. Israel shares a border with Syria. Hezbollah is a key force in Syria and an arch enemy of Israel. Israel is concerned that the war will spill over into its own country if Assad is backed into any corner.

Another interest in Syria is Turkey. One of the players in the conflict aided by the US is the Iraqi Kurds. Kurdistan is an autonomous region in Northern Iraq that borders Turkey. It shares its form of Islam with Kurds that live in Turkey and Syria. The Kurds have a loose alliance with the US and have been the main fighting force in the war with ISIS. Turkey is adamantly opposed to Kurdistan and considers Kurds terrorists and a threat to Turkish sovereignty.

And finally, Iran now has an interest in Syria. Iran is a supporter and funder to Hezbollah and more recently has supported Assad directly because of its alignment economically with Russia. It must be mentioned that there is the overarching conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia for control and influence in the Greater Middle East. SA and Iran are both large oil giants. Iran is Persian Shia Islam and SA is Sunni/Wahabi Islam. Both nations oppose ISIS.

I have only provided the most basic of highlights as I understand them. As you might appreciate, every one of these interests is very complex. Some are economic, some are political, and some are ideological. But all these various interests converge in Syria. Did I mention that Damascus, Syria is 149 miles from Megiddo, Israel, the place we call Armageddon? But seriously, the complexity of these interests and the convergence that is occurring is very scary stuff. More importantly, put your common sense hat on, if you can. With all these interests at play can we be certain who was responsible for the reported chemical attack that is prompting a potential attack by the US? Think about this: the Congress is unable to obtain a single document from the Intelligence Community explaining the evidence behind the Russian collusion investigation, but on the other hand are willing to share all available intelligence that would prove unequivocally that Assad was responsible for the chemical attack. Let me say this: Even with the super powers of the NSA and CIA how can, even they be sure whose fingerprints are on these weapons? If the CIA wanted it to look like Assad did it, are they not capable of making that happen? If Iran or Russia wanted it to look like the rebels were responsible, couldn’t they do that? And if a sect of rebels wanted the US to attack Assad, could they not do it with impunity? They know the NSA is watching. They know what evidence will show guilt. There is no possibility the truth can be certain. To use this attack as a pretext for escalation in the conflict, seems to me to serve the interests of war mongering neocons, ISIS, or old school, cold war veterans that yearn to fight Russian interests.

In my view, the US has made major mistakes in the Middle East, but any further escalation of our involvement in Syria would rank right up there with the war in Iraq as a huge mistake. I suppose at one time in US history, oil and access to oil was a pretty important interest for America. Oil has always been our interest in the Middle East. It has shaped all our policies, foreign and military aid, economic investments, and much of our rhetoric. But today, oil has become far less important of a reason to shape our foreign policy in the Middle East. But can we change? I hope that president Trump will find the wisdom to understand the forces advising him and see through any certainties they offer. There is no reason to escalate this war if not for the very reason to topple Assad, drive out Russia and Iran, and remain the perennial peace keeper in the Middle East. If the goal is to maintain perpetual war in the Middle East, then succumbing to the temptation to punish Assad for an impossible to prove event, will get it done.

The Awan Family and the Pakistani spy ring in the US

Just when you thought you lost all confidence in the FBI and Justice Department, there is yet more to lose. Since Trump was elected over a year ago, I, like you, have sat back, watched and read all the media reports on Russian collusion, Uranium One, the notorious e-mail scandal, and the endless hearings and investigations from Benghazi to the IRS. And I, like you, keep waiting for something to happen that will actually bring these people to justice. I even spent months investigating the deep state, understanding how it works, and reporting on it. But nothing ever happens. I made a post a couple of weeks ago that asserted that the Mueller indictment of 13 Russians and 3 Russian businesses, signaled the end of the road for Russian collusion….the end of the Hillary saga….and the end to the Uranium One scandal. But now it would appear that even though the quest to remove Trump by finding Russian collusion is over, the effort to remove Trump is not over. Mueller is now looking for whatever he can find to have Trump removed. This has been the goal from the beginning. Of course I hold out hope that I am wrong and that somebody in government will do the right thing, even when I know from researching these things for many years that they always end with nothing. I tell you these things because once again, the story I’m about to tell, is yet another egregious account of outrageous criminality at the highest levels of government that no one has lifted a finger to do anything about.

Just what will it take to change the way government operates? Do we even live in the America we once did? The answer to that is a definite no. There is absolutely no analysis of our judicial system that can end in a result that explains that our justice system is fair, transparent, or has respect for the rule of law. We are told continuously that the “rank and file” in the justice system are good and honorable people that respect the rule of law….well….where are they? Why do we not hear from them? Are they so afraid of their masters that they remain silent? Courts that act as quasi legislators, prosecutors that judge shop as if there is law that can be applied differently for some, legislators that can’t seem to grasp that special interests are not always American interests, an intelligence community that has no boundaries…..lies to courts, spies on Americans, and interferes in the political process, and a law enforcement system that will put a drug user away for years but look the other way when a banker destroys the economy. Is there no one that will speak out about these acts of injustice? Anyway….I think you sense my frustration because you share it. Despite that fact, I still am compelled to tell, yet another story of corruption…..

In the Bible, John 7 and 8, Jesus debates with some Jews. I use this to explain the wisdom that lies there. These Jews were the families of Pharisees, the keepers of the law. They wanted to kill Jesus because he did not believe the law was being applied properly. There is a lot to digest and understand in these two chapters, but one passage stands out: “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” You see, no matter how much some will deny that America was founded on these principles…..these words are at the foundation of what we believe to be true: Law is important…but truth matters more. And everyday, the new Pharisees in the government use the law against us and deny us the truth.

I rarely use scripture in my writings, but it seems so appropriate to understand the wisdom that lies there. At one time America was a republic founded in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal. It would seem today, just as 2000 years ago that some are more equal than others. Recent events should show us that trust in government can no longer be taken for granted, and that our faith in something else is all that can sustain us when trust in government fades. I hope as you read my story, you will keep this in mind….that my intent is not to further erode that trust, but to see that we must hold fast to what is important. Without a government that returns to truth, honesty, and respect for the law, we cannot maintain the liberty we so long have cherished.

This story, like so may others started many years ago. In 2005, Debbie Wasserman Schultz took her seat in congress for the first time. This is important because we have a tendency to want to blame Obama for everything. Obama, however, like presidents before him, was just another cog in the machinery of the deep state. So what happened in 2005? Wasserman-Schultz hired a man named Imran Awan. He was hired to work as an IT aid in her congressional office. Now, I could explain the circumstances behind this hiring but I found this article from another blogger called The Long Version. It lays out the facts currently known about Imran Awan:
“Little was or is known about Awan. He’s a naturalized citizen according to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who was convinced by Wexler to hire Awan as her I.T. specialist, a job he held along with others until his recent arrest when Schultz fired him. But there have been no reports on when he came to the U.S., his background, or even if he’s actually an I.T. specialist. The ambiguity surrounding Awan is surprising, however major news media has all but ignored this story making facts slow to come out.

It is interesting to note that at the time Awan was being hired by Schultz, I.T. contractors were being paid an average of $40,000 to $60,000 a year. Awan was being paid about $120,000….. more than double the average salary paid for I.T. work by other congressional representatives. Which brings up question number one; why the inflated salary?

Within a year after Schultz hires Awan he requests more help so they hire his brother Abid Awan. Abid is paid the same salary or about $120,000. The database and workload apparently grew to the point where Awan requested more help. So they hired his wife and best friend, both at similar salaries over $100,000 per year. We know that Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi, had no I.T. experience and his best friend, Rao Abbas, was working at a local McDonalds before being snatched up for a high paying I.T. job by Wasserman-Schultz. Nothing illegal here, just odd and filled with cronyism and nepotism, two things the Left typically cringe at and protest. At one point Awan, his family, and friends were making a combined $4 million dollars per year! What kind of I.T. jobs were these folks doing to demand that kind of money? No one is asking that question. The youngest Awan brother, Jamal, got on the House payroll too. He’s only 20 years-old and makes $160,000, much more than others in a similar I.T. position.

Awan and his group begin to branch out. Yes, they continue to work the I.T. gig for Wasserman-Schultz and many other Democrat congressional representatives in Washington, but they also start to buy real estate (houses) in the Virgina area. Where do they go to get their home loans? The Capital Credit Union, the bank of congress.

In 2009 they start a car dealership called Cars International A, LLC, referred to as “CIA” in court documents. The A doesn’t stand for anything but you can’t get CIA without it. So they try their hand at used car sales. At this same time Imran’s brother Abid has his own car repossessed and he begins to experience financial trouble. This usually wouldn’t be of any real interest except for the fact that all congressional I.T. employees must also have security clearances to hold those jobs. Generally, financial issues like a vehicle repossession or bankruptcy would be cause for a review of the individual’s security credentials. There are sound reasons for this. Someone with a government security clearance could have access to sensitive materials and could be compromised by foreign agents. Secrets for sale anyone? That’s the concern and that’s why such a review would be a normal protocol in this case, however, in this case no review was made. No questions were asked.

The financial situation for CIA and Abid didn’t get better, in fact it got worse. In 2010 CIA filed for bankruptcy. Now the security clearance credentials would surely be brought into question and possibly revoked, right? No, not really. No one questioned Imran or Abid and their credentials remained intact. In 2012 Abid files for personal bankruptcy. Three’s a charm. His security clearance would most certainly be revoked after repossession and two bankruptcies. But no. Nothing happened. At this time Abid hopped on a plane to Beirut. In Beirut he meets with Dr. Ali al-Attar, an Iraqi politician who was instrumental in the Iraq war and has ties to Hezbollah. The good doctor then decides to “invest” in the Awan family and gives them a $100,000 “loan.” Still no questions are asked by any one at the congressional level or Debbie Wasserman-Schultz or any of the other congressional democrats paying Awan and his group.

Then it gets even more bizarre. Imran, acting as his wife on a telephone call with the Capital Credit Union, tries to get $283,000 wired to Pakistan for a “funeral.” When the credit union says no, they can’t wire the money for a funeral, Imran changes character and speaks as himself explaining his wife was mistaken and the money is needed for a property purchase. Incredibly, the credit union says OK.” I’ll pick up the story from here. The writer left out a family member, the wife of Abid was also put on the payroll…..Natalia Sova, a Ukrainian citizen. So this is what we know about Imran Awan, his wife, his two brothers and a friend. It’s interesting that there was so much need, and that need for more people, was filled by one family, that happened to be from Pakistan. This is just the tip of the iceberg, so let’s delve into some of the details.

The account given above also left out an important connection. The man mentioned above….Dr. Ali al-Attar, has a history with the US Intelligence Community. Just prior to the Iraq war, he was the “source” to the information that the US troops would be met with open arms, and much of the “proof” that there were WMDs in Iraq.

Imran and the others had high security clearances, yet none of them were American citizens. This gave them access to all the congressmen they were working for and more. At least 30 congressmen had used the Awans for their IT services. Three of those congressmen were on the House Select Committee on Intelligence, Reps. Joaquin Castro of Texas, Andre Carson of Indiana, and Jackie Speier of California.

Please note Andre Carson. He is only one of two Muslims in congress. The other is Keith Ellison. I’ll get to Mr. Ellison in a minute. A secret e-mail account was uncovered: 123@gmail.house.gov. It was believed to have been created by Nathan Bennet. Mr. Bennet worked as a staffer for Rep. Carson and specialized in national security and intelligence issues. However, this account was not set up by Mr. Bennet, but by Imran Awan. When Awan was finally barred from his own e-mail accounts and access to the democratic caucus server, he continued to use this account to maintain access. But there’s more, much more. Awan also set up a Dropbox account which violates House rules. For those of you that don’t understand Dropbox….it is a way to transfer documents and other materials from one server to another. It is also a fact that Awan set up a separate server to transfer material to, from all other sources, in essence compiling materials from hundreds of congressman onto one server. This server was later found stolen; along with about $120,000 worth of other computer equipment (1/10 of the congressional budget for computers) None of it has ever been recovered, except for some smashed hard drives at his residence found after he tried to leave the country. No one knows exactly how long any of this was going on. As I started this explanation Imran Awan started working in 2005. Two other family members were added in 2005, and the rest over the next several years, up until the time they were banned. I say banned….because even after much of this was discovered Debbie Wasserman Schultz refused to fire Imran. The others had already fled to Pakistan along with his wife and children.
The entire episode was discovered on February 3^rd of 2017. Just what caused this to be discovered on this date is unclear, but the proximity of this date to another event is remarkable. On January 29^th, 2017, just 4 days before, Seal Team 6 conducted a top secret raid in Yemen to snatch a high ranking terrorist and gather cell phones and computers. The terrorists were waiting for them. 1 seal member was killed, three were wounded, and a helicopter was shot down. Just how they were warned, nobody is saying……

This peaked my curiosity. In the 12 years of Awan’s employment, had this ever happened before? As you should expect, this information is virtually impossible to get. However I did find an obscure Australian news story that reports on a seal raid in Somalia in 2013. Again, the raid failed. From the news story: “But, as they fought their way closer to their target, they found their path heavily barricaded and defended.” News.co.au. I sure am not the guy to make this claim, but surely someone has to know where these warnings came from.
Another set of facts will steer us to the other Muslim in congress, Keith Ellison. From e-mails, released by Wikileaks, of the DNC e-mail cache, we find a piece of information which reveals a very interesting fact:

Garret Bonosky, deputy director of the DNC, wrote in a May 4, 2016 email: “Amy — I will call you shortly. I have to get this ipad thing figured out. Need to make sure I have her [Wasserman Scultz] username and password.”

DNC Assistant to the Chair Amy Kroll responded: “I do not have access to her ipad password, but Imran does.”

Here, we learn that Imran Awan had access to the IPAD of Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who, at the time was DNC Chair Person. Two months later DWS would resign her seat and be replaced with Tom Perez and……Keith Ellison. This was in July of 2016, still 7 months before the spy ring had been outed. Here I use the word “outed”. I just didn’t know what other word fit. When an IT specialist is using a false e-mail account, using Dropbox, illegally accessing members’ of congress e-mail accounts, compiling all this information on an illegal and secret server, and then caught while trying to leave the country….one would think someone in congress would care. But nothing was done, even though there were clear signs that it all was going on. But there’s more. I learned that there is a congressional protocol to review anyone’s security clearance, when that person gets into financial or legal trouble. Well…on more that one occasion, as far back as 2009, Mr. Awan filed for personal bankruptcy in 2009. In 2010, his side business filed for bankruptcy. And in 2012, his brother Abid, who also worked as an IT specialist for Wasserman Schultz, also filed for bankruptcy. They both managed to keep their homes; Abid had two….one for him and one for his wife. Meanwhile they escaped over 1 million dollars of debt, much of it connected to their private business. So let’s talk about that private business.
The business only lasted a little over a year. Its business was a used car dealership, with no cars. He took cars on consignment, would sell them, and then not pay the legal owner what was owed. If he needed cars he would borrow them from a dealership across the street, then he began not to pay for them either. The car dealership was ironically called Cars International A or CIA. The dealership where he borrowed cars was AAA Motors, a 12 year old business run by Nasir Khattak, another Pakistani, and former partner of a man named Amir Awan. (I could find no information on Amir Awan. Just another coincidence that he was partnered with Nasir Khattak.) On its Facebook page, CIA’s “staff” were fake personalities such as “James Falls O’Brien,” whose photo was taken from a hairstyle model catalog, and “Jade Julia,” whose image came from a web page called “Beautiful Girls Wallpaper.” It had all the trappings of a front company, but a front for what?

Now, if you’re still reading, this is where the shit hits the fan. All that I’ve reported up to this point is under the backdrop of a long and complicated investigation by the DEA called Project Cassandra. I can’t begin to describe Project Cassandra in its entirety, it’s a very long and complex case, but I suggest you do read about it at the link. I just want to talk about one aspect of Project Cassandra. The DEA had linked Hezbollah to an international drug ring, spanning from Venezuela to Africa to Iran. Millions and millions of dollars were being made selling drugs in the US, and laundering the money through American used car dealerships, exporting those cars to Africa.

Like I said it was a complicated investigation that went on for years. The trouble is, at every turn, the Obama administration did everything in its power to de-claw the investigation and deny it any ability to prosecute it. The key players that continually blocked and denied DEA of any authority were the National Security advisor (2008-2012), then CIA Director (2013-2017), John Brennan, Federal Prosecutor Preet Baharar. National Security chief council, Lisa Monaco and dozens of high ranking officials at the DOJ. It seems that President Obama wanted to make a deal with Iran, and he didn’t want the DEA mucking up the works. At least that’s what Politico concluded, I’m not convinced.

Here’s one short excerpt that caught my eye from the Politico story:

“In both cases, law enforcement agents suspected that Middle East-based spies in the CIA had torpedoed their investigations to protect their politically sensitive and complicated relationship with Hezbollah.”

“You don’t know the half of it,” the prosecutor replied, according to Kelly. “Right now, we have 50 FBI agents not doing anything because they know their Iran cases aren’t going anywhere,” including investigations around the U.S. into allegedly complicit used-car dealers.

Whether this has anything to do with the Awans is speculative…..of course if you are blind and stupid. So why haven’t we heard anything from anybody, but the standard conservative media, about this? The same reason why Hillary wasn’t indicted, the same reason why Uranium One is not investigated, the same reason Trump is trying to be removed from office, and the same reason we are lied to every day……the Deep State exists and has its own plans for America….and we ain’t in those plans. Now that last part is speculation!
Sorry, we’re not done yet. After midnight April 6, 2017, U.S. Capitol Police found a laptop in a tiny room that formerly served as a phone booth in the Rayburn House Office Building. The laptop was labeled “RepDWS”. Along with the laptop, in a bag, were ID badges from Imran Awan. Alongside the laptop was a Pakistani ID card, copies of Awan’s driver’s license and a congressional ID badge, and letters to the U.S. attorney. Police also found notes in a composition notebook marked “attorney-client privilege. It would seem “somebody” knew what was going on and secretly provided evidence. Wonder who it could be? I suppose it could be anyone, but whoever it was obviously didn’t want to be known. Wouldn’t you like to know what was in those letters? But now let me show you a photo:

That guy sitting in the middle is Seth Rich. The photo is from a small party given for Rich, at his favorite pub…..the pub he was at the night he was killed. The photo, however, is from months earlier. So what does this have to do with anything? The guy the arrow is pointing to is Abid Awan, the brother of Imran. So at least we know that they knew each other. Remember to connect the dots. Did the Awans hack into the DNC servers? Imran obviously had access; we know this from the e-mail exchange above. We know Seth Rich worked at the DNC as a data analyst. He certainly would have used DNC computers and had contact with IT staff. If, somehow, they are connected, that would be “speculation”.

But we can take solace that the extremely competent Capital Police are on the case. Certainly we wouldn’t want the FBI or the Justice Department to investigate. After all, it’s only a possible spy ring, connected to terrorists on a massive scale, and possible stealing secret information from some of the highest ranking leaders in the country….meh!

Finally an update: There is word that Hina Alvi…the wife of Imran Aman, who flew to Pakistan, has been negotiating with federal prosecutors for immunity if she will return to the US to face charges and testify. Testify to what we still don’t know. Apparently, she has agreed to a deal and was supposed to return in October of last year. I could find no story confirming that that had happened. The only thing of interest was a comment from Congressman Trent Franks, a republican:

“I don’t want to talk out of school here but I think you’re going to see some revelations that are going to be pretty profound. The fact that this wife is coming back from Pakistan and is willing to face charges, as it were, I think there is a good chance she is going to reach some type of immunity to tell a larger story here that is going to be pretty disturbing to the American people.”

“I would just predict that this is going to be a very significant story and people should fasten their seat belts on this one.”

So as is my style, allow me to sum it all up: Over the course of 12 years 7 non-citizens from Pakistan were operating the IT affairs for 30 members of congress. Those 7 people were receiving 2 and 3 times the normal pay for the job; some have zero experience in IT. They then were caught red handed with illegal data storage devices, fictitious e-mail accounts, and accessing data of congressional offices they didn’t work for. None were indicted except for Imran and Hina for bank fraud when Imran wired $283,000 to Pakistan prior to leaving the country. We also find the brothers were operating a used car dealership running up a million dollar debt before filing bankruptcy….three times! Yet never having their security clearances reviewed. All of it being exposed just months before Seth Rich is murdered. What am I missing? There is an awful lot to this story and there’s much more to come, but I’ll stop here for now. The TIMELINE Part 2

Treason on Display

Before I get back to the TIMELINE, I think it of some value to understand Russia, once again. Why Russia? Of all the crimes the deep state could fabricate about Trump to have him removed from office, why Russia? Trump said during the campaign, that he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and his followers would still support him. But as true as that might have been, there is one crime that would be unforgivable….fixing an election. Democrats know all too well how conservatives feel about freedom, our laws, and especially our free and fair elections. Russia has always been the boogeyman. A cold, soul less enemy, which could be accused of any crime that would not only be believed, but expected.

Russia’s reputation is well deserved. I have spoken often about the so called Russian government. It is a government of, by, and for the oligarchs. Money and power drives these oligarchs, but unlike American business barons, Russians are extremely nationalistic. The interests of Russia are whatever the interests of the oligarchs are. Russia has been called a “petro giant”. That is, their economy rises and falls with the price of oil and gas. As true as that is, Russia is also a resource giant. Russia possesses rich reserves of iron ore, manganese, chromium, nickel, platinum, titanium, copper, tin, lead, tungsten, diamonds, phosphates, and gold, and the forests of Siberia contain an estimated one-fifth of the world’s timber. Rusal is the biggest aluminum and alumina producer in the world, and Russia contains the second largest coal reserves in the world. Russia also controls 20% of the worlds uranium supply and sells America 40% of all American enriched uranium. They are independent for almost all industrial resources. Each industry is ruthlessly run by one or more oligarchs, making whatever rules they need to make more money. The only hindrance to Russian behavior is they are forced to operate in an international market place. A market place that has rules and laws, and Russians are all too willing to circumvent those rules and laws whenever an advantage can be gained. They feign respectability, only to disguise their desire to gain more wealth and more power. They stopped being an ideological communist country in 1991, and today operate much more like a crime syndicate than a sovereign nation.

They meddle in American institutions on a regular basis. Evidence is everywhere, yet no one in government seemed to think it was a big deal until it was necessary to remove Trump. Witness this little tidbit: As I stated above Russia is an oil and gas “seller”. They need markets all over the world to sell their gross over production. So they spend millions in America on environmentalism, trying to create a faction of Americans that fight against domestic oil and gas production. In 2011 a shell company called Klein, ltd was created in Bermuda. Almost nothing is known of Klein, except their agents are the same two men that share a lawyer with Reuben Vardanyan, a Russian that sits on the board of Joule along with John Podesta. Klein donated millions to Sea Change. Sea Change is an American environmental group started by Nat Simons. Simons is a huge donor of Hillary Clinton. But Simons and Klein are the only two donors to Sea Change. Sea change spent millions running ads vilifying fracking in America. It is believed that Klein was a conduit for money from the Russian oil industry. By the way, Sea Change also donated hundreds of thousands to the Center for American Progress, The John Podesta lobbying firm. You can read more about Klein, Sea Change and Joule in my post titled Into the Weeds 11. This is just one example of how Russia meddles in American actions.

I explain these things for only one reason. Anyone that lives, works, or does business with Russians certainly knows how their system works, and who the players are. So to answer the question why Russia, one only has to have experience with Russia. Common sense would tell you that who has more experience with Russia than our intelligence community, State Department or our Department of Justice. Further, from my research, people like Hillary and Bill Clinton, John Podesta, Paul Manafort, Andrew McCabe, and many others in business and government have long-standing relationships with Russians, and know exactly what they stand for. Even Trump had a short stint working with Russians when he was pitching his Beauty Pageant…..but fortunately, he never got into bed with the Russians, even though they tried.

This whole episode of “Russian collusion” was fabricated. But the fabrication is plausible, and it’s why it has lasted so long. One of the reasons I included both the Hillary e-mail scandal with the Russian collusion story on the same timeline, is to illustrate just how they are connected. What I’m about to say next, is the reason I do what I do, spending hundreds and hundreds of hours researching and writing about corruption. What the timeline shows, and what will hopefully soon be proven, is how many government employees and officials actively worked to cover up, delay, withhold and eventually exonerate Hillary Clinton from any wrong doing, while at the same time, a plan…..an actual designed and implemented plan….to, at first, discredit Trump as a candidate, then to remove him from office, was created. It was all based on an intentional effort to falsely tie Trump to election tampering, using Russians as his co conspirators. This must never happen again and those that are responsible, must not only be purged from government, but be punished severely for their actions….otherwise it will happen again.

Now….back to the TIMELINE. Hillary was truly careless. In fact her carelessness and, shall I say, recklessness, literally ruined the first part of the plan. Hillary set up her private server the minute she became secretary of state in 2009. According to one witness, it was set up for the express purpose of avoiding FOIA requests, and to keep all correspondence secret. The server was not discovered until 2013, after she left office. It was uncovered during the Benghazi investigation. This discovery tore open a full bag of corruption and lies, that just wouldn’t go away. Americans and congress were clamoring for an investigation. There was blood in the water, and it would have an effect on her coming campaign. As her e-mails leaked out, it became clear that some were classified. Months and months of speculation and angst, whether or not she would be indicted was occurring. All this was not revealed to the public until March of 2015. The entire time between when it was discovered by authorities and it being made public, the FBI and the Justice Department were working to mitigate the damage….parcing words, delaying requests from congress and even drafting an exoneration memo in advance of concluding the investigation, that had begun in February of 2016. The private texts from Strzok and Page, reveal how these two separate issues are connected. Page says to Strzok, the lead investigator of the private server,

“And maybe you’re meant to stay where you are because you’re meant to protect the country from that menace.” (This is clearly a reference to a Trump presidency).

He responds: “Thanks. And of course I’ll try and approach it that way. I can protect our country at many levels .…”

These and many others, show not only the bias, but the clear effort to help Hillary and hurt Trump. The FBI had become a political weapon, just like the IRS.

The investigation ended with FBI director Comey issuing a statement that no charges would be filed on July 5^th, a mere 5 months after the investigation began. Contrast this with the Mueller investigation into Russian interference which began in May of 2017 and is still proceeding. It is clear that the second part of the plan was hatched as far back as December of 2015. Trump was way ahead in the polls and was a clear front-runner. This is when GCHQ began surveillance on the Trump campaign. In March the Podesta e-mails were hacked. In that same month, Page and Papadopoulus join the Trump campaign. If you believe what I wrote about Carter Page, In Who is Carter Page, you can see the plan unfold. They were FBI plants designed to connect Trump to the Russians. But Hillary couldn’t get out of her own way. In May, the DNC e-mails are hacked. By this time, the Hillary campaign, the FBI, and the Justice Department already know what damage is coming if the e-mails are made public. The plan to defeat Trump by tying him to the Russians is escalated. Page and Papadopoulus begin meeting and talking with Russians, a meeting is called with Don Jr. which ends up discussing Russian sanctions, and the Dossier is being drafted.

In July, the DNC e-mails are published by Wikileaks. Their worst fears have materialized. The FBI immediately opens an investigation, and in less than two months The Department of Homeland Security issues a joint statement that the entire Intelligence apparatus has concluded that the Russians were responsible for the hacking and the release by Wikileaks of the content. Every MSM outlet is focused on the hacking and the rumored Russian involvement….all being fed by leaks from the Justice Department. Notice that the ramp up of the Trump collusion story starts soon after the hacking became public. I contend that the Justice Department had to have something to give to the FISA court that could make their spying legal. They already had the information from GCHQ, but that information couldn’t be made public….someone would ask how they got the information. So, in June they requested a warrant from the FISA court. Without evidence, it was denied. This is when the Dossier was created, fabricated evidence used to acquire a warrant. In October, the warrant was attained. Carter Page, working undercover for the FBI would become the hook.

Once again, the corruption of Clinton would thwart their efforts to make the e-mail story go away. On October 7th the Podesta e-mails begin to leak out. This is only 1 month before the election. A week before that release, McCabe becomes aware of e-mails found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop….classified e-mails from Hillary Clinton. McCabe sits on this information for over a month, presumably to bury it until after the election. But just a week before the election it comes out. And in a remarkable, miraculous way, in just 4 days, the FBI is able to weed through some 60,000 e-mails and declare that there was nothing new, and once again closes the case, just two days before the election. But the damage had been done. The perception of corruption and cover-up took its toll. Americans viewed Hillary as a conniving, corrupt politician that wasn’t to be trusted. Trump wins. The plan now focuses entirely to having Trump impeached. Russian collusion was ramped up once again. The dossier would now be front and center to this plan. McCain gets involved, the press is handed the dossier, and preparations are made for a special prosecutor. The deep state goes into a full court press. 1 week before the inauguration Obama issues an EO giving all 16 intelligence arms access to raw data. This would be the signals data from GCHQ. The vast unmasking of American’s names begins. Everyone involved is scrambling to create evidence, to remove Trump.

I must say at this point, Trump and his team couldn’t possibly have been prepared for this onslaught of treason. No one could be. The entire weight of the federal government was working to remove Trump from office, before he ever got started. But Trump fought back. With just a few allies, he managed to inhibit much of what was being done. Many high officials left government on January 20^th. He fires Sally Yates. Days after the inauguration, Admiral Rogers, a Trump ally, without authorization, travels to the White House. He informs Trump of the surveillance. But Nunez was the key ally.

By March the plan is falling apart. Nunez uncovered and exposed the plan, without even knowing it. He stumbled across the unmasking and immediately informed Trump and his team. In April, it is made public that GCHQ had a plan to spy on Trump Tower. A month later Comey is fired. But the deep state hasn’t given up. Mueller is appointed special council by Rod Rosenstein and the plan is pushed forward. The dossier is front and center in the investigation. But still, the information in the dossier cannot be proven. The wiretaps and surveillance continue, but allies in the Trump administration are exposing the people working on the plan. By late July, and through the rest of 2017, one after another the people in the Mueller investigation are “reassigned”, demoted, or quit, all the way up to Andrew McCabe’s ouster in January of 2018.

Finally, Mueller announces the indictments of 13 Russians who meddled in the election. I firmly believe that this was a total capitulation by the deep state and a way to make it all go away without causing further damage to the deep state. I read an interesting quote yesterday from a related story. The author stated “The more they kept digging, the closer they got to themselves.” If I am correct about how this plan was carefully hatched and orchestrated to remove Trump from office, then it is treason. The trouble is, I just can’t see a means to effectively pursue it. When people are demoted, resign, retire, or are fired, something is being hidden from the American people. These actions protect the institutions and especially those at the highest levels. I’ve seen it before. The cover-up has begun. The difference between this and Watergate is, during Watergate we had a national press corps that acted as a check to government. Today, even though there are plenty of alternate media, the MSM acts as an arm of the democratic party and will not only not expose this corruption, it will work to further the cover up. But I am hopeful this time will be different. It will only take one good man brave enough to speak the truth publicly and expose it all. That is the deep state’s worst nightmare. That one man (or woman) could unravel the entire institution, which in my opinion is exactly what is needed. Someone like Jack Ryan!
